We Just love this restaurant, it’s our go to place for special occasions. Great food and service, Hanoi spring rolls are nit to be missed.

Our first visit and eager to return. Very friendly staff, prompt service and food is amazing. The best chicken satays and spring rolls ever and the caramelised ginger chicken great too

The building is very much open plan. The restaurant was busy and the level of background noise was a bit over powering for me. The food and the service was fine, only complaint was the background noise of everybody speaking / laughing.

Great food , friendly staff, accommodated my mother's wheelchair no problem, and the service was quick. We have been several times now, and will continue.

I have been to Mai Kitchen many times and it never disappoints. Great food and reasonable prices. Both my daughters are Vegan, I myself prefer meat, but at Mai Kitchen I find myself ordering vegan because it’s that good. My only negative is it can be a bit noisy at busy times, but which restaurant isn’t. PLEASE Mai Kitchen join Uber Eats

The food was delicious, and the staff were fantastic. I only gave 5 stars as they mixed up the name of some of the plates therefore going to the wrong person (who did enjoy the food) and no sooner were the entrees delivered, when out came the mains. We would have liked a break between entrees and mains. However I would definitely go there again.

We found the venue very loud and crowded. Waitresses had to scream to speak to customers. Food was good staff polite. We will come again

The service was great. Food is slightly above average. Value for money. The venue is extremely noisy and you can hardly hear yourself think. The tables are too close to each other (hence the problem with noise). Even the waitress could hardly squeeze between tables for serving big bowls of hot noodle soup.

The best place! Great food, friendly staff and extensive menu. Value for money and large serves. Have been several times & will definitely come back again!

The food at Mai kitchen is always outstanding and this time was no exception. Their special large “spring rolls” that you wrap with Mint & Lettuce are particularly delicious. The only let down this time was that there was a mix up in the kitchen with table numbers which significantly delayed some of our meals, so we weren’t all able to enjoy our meal together and we had to send side dishes back because they were delivered early but went cold waiting for the main dishes to come out. My only other suggestion to the restaurant would be to put some drapes or other soft furnishings around to dampen the very noisy environment.

Fresh tasty food. Friendly and prompt service. A wide variety of dishes to choose from. Easy parking. Huge vegan menu and gluten free options. Lovely place.

Great food, Quick service, Good value. Best to book for busy times on Friday or Saturday night. Noise levels can be a bit high but hey iis a Vitnamese restraunt.

At Mai's you'll receive excellent service and delicious food at very affordable prices. It's very easy to over order but you can always take it home. I did!

Food was nice and reasonably priced. Food came out in good time and staff attentive. Restaurant was very noisy though- one child kept shrieking but general noise made it hard to hear your own table

Arrived at 6:00pm for a second taste the place was already almost full. Staff was excellent quick as service with drinks and food orders. Starters arrived with in five mins Wow they were 10/10 They returned quickly when finished to remove plates and reset for mains. Mains were incredible light tasty just fabulous. 10/10 again. Our first time there and while the food was delicious and great value for money. The organization skills from the staff was not the best. We had to continuously ask them where our food was, 6 people on our table and each time one of us had to wait for our food while the rest were eating.. The staff were lovely, but just need to have a better system for deliverance on food

Great food and quick table service make for a great meal. Lots of happy diners made for a slightly noisy dining experience but the relaxed, suburban setting for this Vietnamese restaurant with awesome vegan options and lots of gluten-free meals more than compensates.

I loved Mai Kitchen. A very busy little restaurant tucked away in the side streets. Thank you for also having a great range of Vegan foods to choose from. Will definitely be back.

We enjoyed every morsel of our lunch. As usual ordered too much so brought the left overs home. Our first visit was great so will definitely come again.

The food was great as per normal, but our waitress wouldn’t let us modify any of our food which would have been a simple change.

Customer service was top notch! Food was amazing also, so many vegan items to choose from. The serving sizes are very generous and they have flavours of fruit smoothies that I haven't seen anywhere else.

I got introduced to Mai Kitchen by a friend of mine who is vegan. Personally, I'm not a vegan but have eaten off of both menus and it's great! I'm always very happy with the variety of meals. Food is always fresh and comes out quickly and moderately priced too. Staff are always cheerful and accommodating. Would recommend booking though as it gets very busy!

Excellent food, great service, friendly staff, lovely atmosphere.. just one downside, don't order 4 glasses of scotch over dinner as the staff have not come to grips with the fact that some people's tolerance to alcohol exceeds their own. Other than that, very enjoyable experience, will definitely return.

Had to wait almost an hour for our food. Fried rice was served, then we waited another 5 minutes for the other dishes to follow. The restaurant was freezing. The food however was delicious

Decided to go to Mai's for lunch on Sunday with friends and once again we did not leave disappointed. They were busy, as usual, but the service was great and the food was beautiful. Well worth the 45 minute drive to get there!!

Great food and excellent service. We had entrees and a main course each which was too much so next time we’ll either have just a main each or an entree each and then a couple of mains to share. Decent sized serves if you have a big appetite. We will definitely be coming back to try all the yummy choices on the menu. Great drinks list too.

Speedy service and food was out in a flash. The traditional Pork clay hot pot had a great depth of flavor and is recommended. If you like big serves of food this is a place to come
