Disappointed with the lack of service from the bar & floor staff upstairs. I was ignored for over 6mins near the register to ask a question, which the bartender referred me to, one of the staff looked at my face not even a "Can I help you?" as I was clearly wanting to ask a question he turned and ignored me, not once but twice, finally after several minutes awaiting I got someones attention only to have had it repeated again at the bar once I ordered a drink. Used to love coming here, but now I will reconsider there are plenty of other places that actually make you feel like a customer not a nuisance. Its not like I was asking for something ridiculous, just plain service. Get workers with better customer service skills.

I enjoyed a 3 course banquet - we asked for little spice for one member of the group but it still came out with chilli on it which the waiter told us an he was great but the sausage that was service to us also had chilli in it. We had to wait a long time for drinks order to be taken and it didn't seem that busy really as it was later at night. Overall it was fantastic after our order was taken and drink came.

Great atmosphere. Fantastic staff Food was disappointing. Naan bread was fantastic! Stuffed squid was overcooked and overpriced. Other thai mince dish was very nice but rather expensive for what is was. Service was fantastic! Overpriced and disappointing

Service was below average. Booked a table 10 days in advance and they managed to give our table to other customers. Food was good and served quite fast.

Great venue, food was exceptional and good wine options. Booth seating for 6 is very tight. The wait staff were very upbeat, friendly and attentive when you could get their attention, slow to recognise patrons needs. i will visit again soon.

Food was delicious and well priced. Great wine list. Service was good to start but got very lax by the end of our meal with waiters basically ignoring us when we wanted to have one last wine and pay our bill. Otherwise a great evening out.

IT's been two years since our last visit. The food wasn't as good as I remember but still tasty. Service was slow (had to ask for our bottle of wine) but then all the food arrived at once.....$22 cocktail was pretty much $20 worth of ice!

We went for breakfast. Great food, great vibe. Service just a little slow but no big.

If you're looking for something very different for breakfast this is a great spot to check out Thai inspired, cocktails galore and good coffee

The delicious, flavoursome food keeps me coming back to MMS. The menu is huge with so many exciting flavours to choose from. They have a detailed menu for dietary requirements which is always appreciated, including plenty of gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options which don't compromise on flavour. Absolutely love the food here and the service is always friendly. I always recommend MMS to friends and family :)

Really solid visit to Magic Mountain! The after work crowd (mainly in suits) can be a bit rowdy, and coupled with loud music, the noise is the only reason we're not here more often. MM is super accomodating for dietary needs and staff are always really helpful. Can't wait to be back!

Food was great. Service wasn’t. We weren’t offered another drink after our first and we weren’t offered dessert either. Lack of care it felt like.

Love the place, the staff are excellent. Prices are a bit high but the quality of food is great. The music is good, it's just too loud, especially for lunch.

Our table of seven was squished into a table really meant for 5 even though the restaurant was not busy. They forgot a dish we ordered and the service wasn't very attentive. We've been here a lot and was not impressed with this visit.

Enjoyed the food but service was very poor. Not everyone at our table was given water. When I asked for a jug for the table I was told that we would be served soon. We were left waiting another 20 minutes for any water. Food was nice but it took a long time for it to come out.

Booked a table for two a couple days before we went into have dinner. Was then called and asked to confirm that I was coming twice. Arrived 10 mins early and was sat right next to the door. There were a couple of other tables further in the restaurant that were free so I asked if we could sit a bit further into the action. Was told that it wouldn't be possible. Copped plenty of elbows to the head from customers coming in and out of the place. Took a very long time to actually have anyone come to serve our table and when we did actually get to put some drink orders in, they were forgotten. Had to take it upon ourselves to go to the bar and retrieve our drinks. Food ended up being extremely slow also and had to cancel our main meals as we needed to get to our show. Very average experience thanks to a pretty average staff.
