Great food, but I feel the lunch service isn't quite as good when you sit upstairs. Very slow to get your order in.

Fab food and great service. Some options were a better bang for your buck than others but overall a lovely dining experience.

Great as always the lamb shank red curry is definitely my fave

Cool little venue but service was average especially for a Saturday night. Food was disappointing :( had great expectations from the menu and for a Melb city restaurant and unfortunately it misses the mark. DJ was good though. Really need to work refining the quality of the food. Trying to be a little similar to say a Chin Chin but much below par. Going for a cocktail or drink but dinner not so much.

Couldn’t fault the food it was amazing, but while I usually like a loud restaurant the music was up so load that the waiter couldn’t hear us speak and we had to properly yell at each other .

Amazing fusion Thai food. Loved the lotus root tapioca dumplings and the daikon & garlic chive croquettes with pulled sticky beef ribs. And the sweet onion roti goes well with the braised pork bellly dry red curry :)

Weent there with a freind on Valentines Day. Great food and good beer special. Would definetly head back! Good for small groups. Great Thai. Nice atmosphere.

Good food but music too loud and lights too dim for dinner. Experience could improve with more timely service (which was inhibited by the very loud music).

Great service with a massive selection for anyone. Nice place to share food with friends to try plenty of different dishes. Lively atmosphere and the service was great as well.

Attended for my birthday celebration dinner. Our waitress was lovely, knowledgeable and attentive. Food was not great...at all. Bland, over cooked, under cooked etc. I could have gone to my local thai place and gotten a lot nicer for a portion of the cost. Most people left 2/3rds of their plate full. This is a huge difference to the last time i was here where the food was so good, we were frenzied and left wanting more. Would recommend not going at a peak time, our booking was at 7pm on a Friday night, there was a group of 9+ people sitting/standing right next to our table, at times taking the seats from guests of our table, making it quite squishy and a bit claustrophobic and also covering the staircase making it extremely difficult for staff and patrons to move through.

The food was amazing. We had a not so nice experience with one of the waitresses. She made an error with our order and then argued with us about it. We spoke to the Manager about it and he was amazing and took 10% off our bill. Will definitely be back

The food is amazing. It was really hard to choose what to eat thanks to the extensive and deliciously tempting menu. Serves are really generous. We ordered four mains for the four of us (all excellent) and there was too much food. On return we'll order less food and hopefully be able to consider more sides and/or dessert. The rice is also a generous serve, one rice between two people would work well. The venue is comfortable, the staff are lovely, and the service is attentive. Highly recommend.

Food and service was great! Team of 4 , and opted to have three large share plates, rice and two starters, with 2 drinks each , overall we paid around $50pp. I loved the Aperol Spritz, Duck Noodles and the stuffed noti bread! Great fun experience we’ll definitely be back !

I was there on a Wednesday night and the place was buzzing. It has a great fit out and an extensive food and drinks menu. The calamari was on the pricey side for a dish that was 2/3 batter. The snapper 'sandwich' was a standout as was the green papaya salad. The tofu red curry was nice although massive chunks of green and red chillies (inedible no matter how tough your palate is!) along with green peppercorns meant a lot was left in the bowl. A good night but I'm not sure the premium prices are worth it when there's so many other great Asian restaurant in Melbourne. We paid $90pp for a shared entrée and salad, two mains, rice, a spritzer and one glass of wine each.

Fabulous food. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The online booking was quick and surprisingly easy. We had four in our party and had a spacious booth that allowed us to spread out and enjoy our night.

We enjoyed our dinner at Magic Mountain. They served delicious food from their extensive menu with great service.we will definitely go back again. Keep it up!

Great decor and excellent service. The cured Kingfish with green chill is a must and the wine list although not extensive was excellent - the small Fry Riesling matched seafood really well.

This places has been my go to for breakfast whenever the gym crew wants to grab something to eat. Always open. Great food and great service. my first time there for lunch. Roti's are the best.

didn't have the sparkling in stock even though on menu - so they happy to get you to spend more, the worst laxi daisy service i've experienced, waitress wore inappropriate attire and could not make any eye contact or deliver reasonable minimum customer service. Had to wait 15 mins for drink order to be taken (and there was equal staff to tables occupied) . The cost of drinks is ridiculous ($70 for base prosecco bottle, glasses not clean or still had detergent residue - so prosecco did not sparkle). Overpriced food, pork belly took several minutes to chew one piece down - it was that tough...

Love love love Magic Mountain Saloon. The food is so delicious and the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. Always enjoy coming back here with friends.

As always, Magic Mountain Saloon is a safe bet! I booked this restaurant for a birthday dinner (group of 30) as well as work dinner (group of 10). On both occasions, they offered an amazing customer service as well taking very good care of some special dietary needs for my guests. No words to describe how delicious the food was. I can’t wait to head back again soon.

Great atmosphere, lovely interior finishes, friendly staff and tasty and innovative food. Enjoyed the Spritz menu as well. Went for dinner and would definitely recommend.

Took friends here for birthday dinner and the food was exceptional! We ordered 8 dishes to share and finished all because it was amAzing! The waiter that served us was nice too.

Food is never failing the expectation. Laughing cow roti is a must order now for me. Drunken noodle is nice for a summer dish too.

Very accommodating and friendly. Understood that we were not satisfied with the prawns which one of our party had requested and didn't charge us for them.

Power went out and caused inconvenience to my client lunch. Had booked 2 weeks in advance to secure the booking but ended up going to another restaurant on short notice. Due to the delays my clients had to leave early.

Food was great! We had the sticky beef ribs and lamb red curry and it was a fantastic. The ambience was good upstairs too but I reckon the music was a little too loud to have a decent conversation. Sitting downstairs might have been better.

Good food and cool place. We were seated in a booth upstairs and our order included chive dumplings ( least favorite part of our order), ground beef, basil and chilli stil fry, snapper curry and a papaya salad. Would definitley go back.

Never disappoint! Always have a fun atmosphere! Food is always on point!!! You just want to order the whole menu because everything looks so tasty.....

The food is unbelievable, everything was spectacular. Most of the staff were fantastic except for one grumpy waitress who was total rude - must have had a bad day. Everything else was perfect !
