Awesome customer service and food was delicious! They really catered well for my family and my son's needs and I really appreciate it.

Good was excellent, only thing that was disappointing was, one of our main meals came out before our entree and it was returned to the kitchen and after the entree only 3 main meals came out, and we had to wait for the fourth meal. The meals in general were very satisfying.

Fast friendly service and great food. Serving sizes are very generous.

Absolutely Delish!! Tower for two was huge. Kids loved it.

Was a good dinner celebrating a 17th Birthday. Food was a bit slow to come out considering there were not many other full tables, however they were good meals all round.

Friendly service, lovely food and shits all over Hogs Breath- which is literally pigs slop.

The waitresses were lovely, the food was great. Service speed was good. Overall, a good feed. A little expensive but that is to be expected in a steak restaurant

Food took at least 40 mins. When we received food it was all cold! Received a $10 voucher when we peft but we will never go back!

There were 3 adults and 2 children in our group. The staff serving us seemed inexperienced and we're not very cheerful. They were slow to come and take drink order on arrival. Food came out in good time, ourcribs and steak were nice. The side verges and salad was average. Kids meals were fine. Some things on menulittle pricey.

Unfortunately we went for my sons 13th birthday lunch. He picked there for the 2ft hotdog, when ordering we were told they weren’t doing hotdogs anymore yet they were still on the menu!! He was devastated. Other meals like taco salad was all lettuce while chilli con carne nachos was all corn chips. Server was lovely though

1st time visiting Lone Star, definitely won't be back!!! 😡 No kids sip cups with their meals, no t.bone steak WTF?! My mum's burger was cold & bacon raw! My partner ordered his steak medium/rare but came medium/well done, sent it back but by the time he got another the rest of us had finished our meals! Very disappointing, no wonder we were the only people in the whole restaurant! SHAME!

Cheaper than expected, good, friendly staff and tasty food. 6 of us and everyone was happy with their meals.

Great laid back atmosphere. Greta for families with kids, especially for the bucking bull and unlimited peanuts. Would definitely attend again. Decent prices. The only downside Is that there are limited vegetarian options, though this is understandable being a rib house.

It was very pleasant the meal was nice and the service was good. Did not have to wait long for owe meals to come out.

Food was delicious, big and not bad prices. Staff were friendly and the restaurant spread out so you weren’t bumping with the table behind you, always a plus. Down side, they didn’t offer bottles of water on arrival and weren’t totally on the ball with cutlery. But will certainly eat there again as it’s all down to the food.

They were good size meals, meat was well cooked to our preference and the service and atmosphere was good.i will be definitely recommend going there.

We ordered 4 main meals over the table. Each meal was dryer than the next. We finished off with a $15 mug filled with icecream and a burnt to a crisp brownie. The service was terrible

Steak was a tough and no steak on the menu for the kids. Asked for a kids burger and they brought out sausage pattys on muffins. No offer to bring the "all you can eat ice cream" to the children after waiting for 25 mins from clearing the table. No offer to bring the kids their drinks that came with their meal. On the plus side thay had friendly staff!! Sorry guys you where lovely but we won't be back for the food sadly.

Not bad. Ribs need a bit of work. Good atmosphere. Kids enjoy the peanuts. Some ribs good, some bigger ribs could do with a bit longer cookin.

Thoroughly enjoyed lone star Rockingham. Had great food, friendly staff, good atmosphere. Some of the people we were with it was there first time there and they enjoyed it. We’ll all definitely be back again.

Fun evening with bucking bull! Kept the kids entertained. Food was tasty. Staff friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be returning on a Friday or Saturday to take advantage of the bull.

Wraps were nice but not hot, lemon lime and bitters out of a bottle not nice, should have made from scratch with ageist eras bitters for the money paid and could not redeem points. Only book.

The waitress for our table was great, the food was great however our daughter was at a function at the next table along and the waitress at that table was ridiculously rude to one of the adults at the table. Not only did she roll her eyes several times at the children (who were paying customers by the way) but she asked the lady at the table to clean up the dishes. I get Katie works at lone star, but she was not working on this night...she was actually chaperoning 30 children. For the waitress to order her around was ridiculous. The way she spoke to Katie not only got my attention but the attention of other patrons who had nothing to do with the function. This waitress's name was Kayleigh I'm pretty sure. It is unfortunate because there was 30 young children at this function who could influence their families to give you further patronage yet these children were not treated like paying customers should be. They were entitled to unlimited icecream as per their meal, yet was told by your waitress that they wouldn't be getting more, add to that she did not put topping on any of them. Maybe this waitress should get some tips on what good customer service actually looks like.

Never enough staff, people always get food mixed up. Never take an order correctly. Drinks alway come 30 mins after you order! Give this place a miss.
