Great, my daughter had her 15th birthday and they bought her a tasty dessert with sparklers and sang happy birthday to her!

Greet food!! Fast service!! Yum Will definitely go back .

Food was great but took a while to come out even when the place did not seem very busy.

TERRIBLE!! Expensive and tasteless food but at least I had the pleasure of waiting a LONG time for it. Food came out before the drinks. Chips were cold and soggy, I didn't even bother waiting for the kids ice-cream as we had been there for so long. Would have ordered more drinks but as the first one took an hour I didn't want to risk it. I will not return.

Was there for an hour and a half... food never came. Went to Maccas instead..

Food quality and quantity was poor, service was extremely slow even though moderately busy.

We waited an hour for food, a bit long, waitress was lovely and efficient, a little noisy, but overall a good experience

Firstly the food was lovely, cooked quite well and served nice an hot. The table was not prepared, we had to wait with our meals on the table for the cutlery and napkins to be brought out. There was only one small bottle of table water between 9 of us and I had to request it to be replaced 3 times. Once our meal was finished, the plates remained on the table for another 15 mins until I asked if they could be taken away so we could have the birthday cake brought out. Finally I had ordered the signature “hooch” cocktail and despite being told it “definitely is alcoholic” I know when I have had alcohol (very sensitive to its effects) and this just tasted like blackberry lemonade. Quite disappointed. Only that the food was tasty and hot enough that I didn’t give a lower rating as the service was very mediocre. The staff may need additional training and this could just be because the restaurant is still reasonably new at Kirrawee.

Terribly understaffed. Waited 30 minutes before anyone took our order. Took another 30 minutes to get our drinks and food. Sides order didn't turn up - no apology. Won't be back.

Staff were great and very attentive. Food was pretty good.

It was a Saturday night and it was so under staffed the poor staff were working so hard but it took an hour for someone to serve us then half and hour to get our first drinks and my steak was so dry I couldn’t eat it, I let the staff know and they were very apologetic and took this item off the bill. The staff were very nice and tried so hard all night I believe it was not fair on them and they need more staff

Good steak but mash potato is not made from real potatoes. Tastes like Deb packet mash. Disgusting.

Terrible service, was placed at our tables and given menus. Restaurant was not busy at all. No one attended to us to ask us if we wanted a drink or anything so after 20mins of waiting at our table we walked out unnoticed. As neighbours that live close by we won’t return.

need to improve customer service ,menus prices waited to long for the drinks to arrive 45mins for the food to arrive food excellent service non existent we had booked and we were in the back of room and not attended too had to hale the waitress several times never offered a 2nd drink decided to leave will be a long time before we go again we have been before and the service problems have not improved

This was one of the worst dinning experiences I have ever had. Service was non existent. After 45mins and not even receiving a glass of water we ended up getting up and leaving. There was not even anyone at the front counter to complain to!! Will never see us here again.

The waiter appeared not to understand what we had ordered, and tried to offer additional items even though it was made clear as to our request, my daughter had requested vegetables, and I was shocked that a restaurant actually served frozen vegetables instead of fresh ones . I thought that it was a quality restaurant, however using frozen food instead of fresh, makes me think what else was frozen. My husband and i had visited a Lone star some years ago and were looking forward to having one closer to home, however sadly I would have say based on last night we won't be back. sorry to disappoint, I don't mind paying for quality but on this occasion I would have to say you did not deliver, and the table next to us had also sent 3 of there meals back as they were not satisfactory either.

This is a fresh new restaurant. The food is good and the service sizes are generous. Prices are a little on the high side.
