Lemongrass Thai

Service was bad and made us wait for a while to take our order. All our dishes, which we mentioned were to be shared, came without serving spoons. Ordered a bottle of sparkling water and was left on our table still capped. Entrees were ok. The pad Thai was good. Red beef curry lacked flavour. We were 3 people, ordered 2 entrees, 1 roti bread, 3 mains, 2 glasses of wine and 1 iced tea and 1 bottle sparkling water. Total bill A$175. I think it’s too much for the quality of food and the service offered. Would not recommend.

Wine warm, mains served whilst still eating entree, shared mains delivered seperately, wagu beef meal overpriced.

Welcoming staff, delicious food, great service, will definitely visit again.

I took my son to Lemongrass on Sunday night and he loved the Seafood Laksa. We shared some vegetarian Spring Rolls which were delicious. This is my favourite Thai restaurant in Adelaide.

Beautiful venue, staff attentive & friendly, good choice of wines, laksa pleasant, not a lot of seafood in it. clean rest rooms.

Was load and service was average. Food was tasty though.

We didn't order entrees as mains are usually enough. The 4 mains we ordered were great, with lots of colour and flavour. I had eaten there before and ordered dessert but this time we were told there wasn't even a dessert menu. This is despite seeing multiple photographs of it on the internet, many of which were taken in recent months. The place was packed to the rafters, and they were turning people away at the door, so I'm glad I booked ahead (we'd forgotten there was a special event on that night in the CBD) but the staff were coping very well and our meals arrived in good time. We had to look elsewhere for dessert and coffee, otherwise it would have been a perfect night.

We found the staff to be lacking of any personality

I loved the vegetarian spring rolls and stir fry with cashews and tofu. Food is very fresh and tasty, great wine to accompany the food

The food and restaurant was amazing. Food came out super fast, and team were amazing, super friendly and helpful. Food had so much flavour, was really a great restaurant. Thai green curry was to die for, paired with the Thai fried rice. Highly recommend.

Food was nice however portions were on the smaller size. Drinks served between entree and main course and only then after asking with one main meal then served some 5 minutes before the other which was disappointing. Overall, 5/10 - a drop from a previous visit. The tips jar was empty which was unsurprising based on our visit.

Good service, great food, lovely flavors. Look forward to eating here again.

The main meals were amazing great taste with the sizzling beef being the best. Special fried rice was the only thing that wasn't an 9/10 or better.

It’s not the first time to Lemongrass, if I didn’t like the food or service I wouldn’t go back. Again a lovely meal, lovely croc, great service.

This was an extremely busy night (Adelaide Fringe) and the staff coped very well. Our table position was good. Food was excellent, delicious and great value. Wine and drink menu was also very good. Thank you for a great meal.

We have been here twice before and it has been lovely, but this time it took a while to get served. 3 other groups came in after we had ordered and their food came out quickly, we was still waiting for ours! We had been sat there with our drinks for 45mins and still no food! We went to the register and told them we would just pay for our drinks as we had to be somewhere in 30 mins. They said they were sorry, they could rush the food through, but as we had tickets booked that was no help, so they said sorry again and told us they would pay for our drinks. We will go back and try again as this has never happened there before.

Service was very poor- totally understand it was a Saturday night and it was busy but we waited 45 minutes and no one had even taken a drink order from us or even acknowledged we were there! One of us had to go up and ask someone to serve us. The food however was 10/10!! So yummy!

Lovely Thai meal here, even though it was really busy the food and service were brilliant.

Staff were great but the restaurant was very busy so you often had to try to catch their eye and wave to them. I've been here for many years but was disappointed in the green curry last night. With a 3 chilli rating, it was surprising for there to be no heat at all. Also we missed the eggplant that used to be in the dish.

Wonderful food & service. We went on a fringe night and Lemongrass was very busy but this did not effect the service. Plenty of staff and we did not have to wait long for our food or drinks.

5 different dishes. All excellent flavours. Good customer service. Good atmosphere.
