Great service, great food. Would recommend the feed me menu
We dined upstairs which was really nice and quieter than down stairs. We ordered the banquet and it was really really nice. Well done
It was during the Fringe and parking was a nightmare so we were late but they were lovely and we got a table. They were flat out with customers but still good service .
Great fast friendly service - nice food too - thanks
Very noisy inside. Luckily we were able to move to an outside table.
Overall visit was very good & service/food excellent especially as it was a very busy Fringe night.
The food was delicious, I loved the barramundi yellow curry. The service was friendly and quick. Great location, very central.
Food was tasty as always. Staff as attentive as they can be given the Fringe. Always happy to dine at this venue. 🥂
The food was great and the ambiance was excellent! A very pleasant evening.
The food was all so delicious. Staff could have been more attentive but will judge this again after Fringe season is over. Will definitely be back :)
They were quick and efficient, but the Crocodile was tough and dry (over cooked), the serving sizes for the cost was poor. We didn't even get a full serving of rice. It was more about getting people out quickly because of the high turnover, being Fringe.
It was very busy because of the fringe so they did well
Great food and service. Never lets us down whenever we’ve been there, a number of times.
Great food as always and really good service. Was very busy as it's Fringe time in Adelaide but still prompt service. Definitely have to book as it's such a popular venue. Seemed one of the wait staff was new as he had no idea what dishes he was bringing to the table. Not his fault at all. Maybe they could ensure he was told what he was serving to us first.
Great service and tasty affordable quality food. Highly recommend but do book as it gets busy.
Wonderful service and food, could not have asked for a better dinner!
Tasty food. Quick friendly service. Would recommend to my friends
Ordered entree, then main, which I made quite clear. Within a few minutes they tried to bring it all out together, as if to hurry us. Trouble is, we were not in a hurry. Also found it hard to get staffs attention, they just didn’t look around. Would come outside and go back in without scanning tables looking for service.
Fantastic food a service. Noise levels somewhat high but how do you control this? Overall an excellent visit and will retrurn
We really enjoyed our meal. It was pretty noisy, but after all, it is mad March.
Friendly welcome, good food, one of our favourite places. Thanks
Good food and service for a busy night during the Fringe
Good food, good service and fabulous ambience sitting outside on Rundle Street.
Good food - service was a little bit slow but it was also busy
Broad range on menu & wine lust. Staff friendly, attentive & professionals. Disappointed no coffee available so had dessert & coffee elsewhere.
It took rather long time for our dishes to be served as it looked like they were waiting to manage 3big tables at one time. Entree (eggplants, skewers and spring rolls) were nice. The chicken salad was yummy and refreshing. Ordered two pad Thai and they looked VERY different. One with lots of noodles but no prawns and minimal amount of chickens. The other had 3 prawns, a bit more chicken but half the amount of noodles of the other one… Overall: average, slightly overpriced.
Food tasted great but the portion sizes were quite small considering the price.
Great service! He was very nice! Will come again. Thank you
Great. Excellent feed me menu. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
The Lemongrass Thai is almost an Adelaide Institution it has been here for so long. The food was amazing in its earlier days. Dinner last night was ordinary at best. The steamed dumplings were covered in a rich red curry coconut-based sauce which overpowered them. The menu was not sufficiently descriptive so this was not what we were expecting. The beef cashew and basil stir-fry was just ok, the broccoli in it noticeably hard. Stir-fry were served and getting colder on the table whilst we waited for the rice to accompany it. Eventually we had to request the rice from a waitress. No one came back to our table once meals were finally all served to ask if our drinks needed refreshing. We decided to go elsewhere for dessert.
Very Nice food, great service for a reasonable price. We will be back
The food was lovely and very good service, thank you
Asked for a Jameson and Dry was told by server I could only have lemonade or coke as Dry wasn't an option, went to bar Dry was an option - no biggie, we move on. Ordered a peanut chicken (GF) for wife a wagyu beef for myself and a pepper chicken for my father, order was taken twice by the server. In the end my wife got a few mouthfuls into her meal before she realised this was in fact, not the peanut chicken (GF) but rather the pepper chicken with GLUTEN, my father was told he ordered the pepper beef not chicken, the server then said the pepper beef was actually my wagyu and they will make my dad a fresh pepper chicken (nice of them) and bring a peanut chicken (GF) out for my wife (so nice of them) and then I ate the pepper beef which I was told was the wagyu, after much discussion it was evident that the language barrier was too great to overcome so I just paid for everything and vowed never to return. Probably been here over 10 times and have had nothing but wonderful food and service, under extreme crowds so I am unsure why there was so many issues when there was only 4 tables to serve.
Food Great. Only 1 Guy waiting tables luckily for us we were not in a hurry We did Book Table.
We had staff bringing orders and they didn’t know what the meals were. When we suggested what it might be it was placed in front of us and then they returned with the actual dish ordered and took the other - intended for a different table away. We were being brought unordered drinks and didn’t receive some food like extra rice. It was quite the shambles. They stated on the bottom of the menu that there were no split bills but don’t advertise that or mention prior when booking. We had a large group and with all the mess up they still couldn’t do split bills. We were able to recheck the order and they did amend added extras but this took as long as charging up what would’ve been 3 individual families payments. It was a busy night for the restaurant given there was a major event on but that should’ve come at no surprise to them. The food was good but didn’t outweigh the disorganised experience.
Staff poor , disinterested. Bad service Food average at best Unable to separate a bill for 2 people and Then told if you don’t like it go somewhere else
Quick service, delicious food. Always a great place to dine
Had the feed me option for lunch. Food was amazing. Good service
Service was bad and made us wait for a while to take our order. All our dishes, which we mentioned were to be shared, came without serving spoons. Ordered a bottle of sparkling water and was left on our table still capped. Entrees were ok. The pad Thai was good. Red beef curry lacked flavour. We were 3 people, ordered 2 entrees, 1 roti bread, 3 mains, 2 glasses of wine and 1 iced tea and 1 bottle sparkling water. Total bill A$175. I think it’s too much for the quality of food and the service offered. Would not recommend.
Wine warm, mains served whilst still eating entree, shared mains delivered seperately, wagu beef meal overpriced.
Welcoming staff, delicious food, great service, will definitely visit again.
I took my son to Lemongrass on Sunday night and he loved the Seafood Laksa. We shared some vegetarian Spring Rolls which were delicious. This is my favourite Thai restaurant in Adelaide.
Beautiful venue, staff attentive & friendly, good choice of wines, laksa pleasant, not a lot of seafood in it. clean rest rooms.
Really nice night and the wait staff were very attentive.
The service and food were wonderful. It's the best green curry I've ever had and my partner loves the fried rice!
Fast and friendly service! Food was well presented and hot 😋
Was load and service was average. Food was tasty though.
We didn't order entrees as mains are usually enough. The 4 mains we ordered were great, with lots of colour and flavour. I had eaten there before and ordered dessert but this time we were told there wasn't even a dessert menu. This is despite seeing multiple photographs of it on the internet, many of which were taken in recent months. The place was packed to the rafters, and they were turning people away at the door, so I'm glad I booked ahead (we'd forgotten there was a special event on that night in the CBD) but the staff were coping very well and our meals arrived in good time. We had to look elsewhere for dessert and coffee, otherwise it would have been a perfect night.
We found the staff to be lacking of any personality
I loved the vegetarian spring rolls and stir fry with cashews and tofu. Food is very fresh and tasty, great wine to accompany the food
