Enjoyed the food but we had a really bad table. We were right in the middle and front of restaurant. It was very busy and constantly people were walking past us. Did not make for a very relaxing or enjoyable meal. Asked to have a break from eating after starters and the main course arrived ten minutes after. Disappointed that we hadn’t booked and were given the worst table in the place. Other people arrived off the streets and were given nicer tables.
had an amazing time! still my favourite restautant in HK
food is overall ok. appetizer is good but the main is so so ( given the price value and it's not as authentic. the presentation is good though)
Had a very pleasant there. Service was good and food was good.
Food was good. service quick and friendly. A bit noisy
Lovely experience from start to finish. Great food and good service. Highly recommended. We’ll be back
Booked 7:45 pm but had to change table at 8 pm. Waiter told us he would offer a drink for the inconvenience but nothing happened.
Chicken Kebab was dry and overcooked. Paella and salad was good though.
Ex-Expats back in HK for a visit. Great food; great service; atmosphere on point. Thanks for letting us relive memories
This was our third time dinning here, the food is excellent.
Great food, great service. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the people watching along Staunton St.
Probably the best middle eastern restaurant you can find in Hong Kong. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Aim to book or go early to guarantee your seats.
Good food and great service. The share plates were just what we were after and they didn’t disappoint.
Excellent food and service, cosy atmosphere. Value for money: superb!!
My wife and visited Le Souk for dinner recently while on a trip to HK. The owner and staff gave us a warm welcome and took really good care of us throughout dinner. The food was delicious and the Baklava (which is apparently from Lebanon) was once of the best we have ever had! We were given complimentary drinks much to our delight. The service was impeccable and the staff only too happy to cater to our every need. By the end of the evening we felt like we were leaving the company of old friends. The place was packed when we left at around 9:15 so clearly Le Souk is a popular restaurant in the Soho area. We would definitely go back again.
The food is super good and the service is great
We had a group of 13 people, the food was great. The staff is very friendly, nice environment. We had a very good night. Will recommend to other people.
Great atmosphere, amazing food, friendly staff. What more is there to say! We had a great time spending our last night out in Hong Kong.
Going to The Souk was a very nice experience. We thought that the decor was typical and the food very acceptable though just a few dishes not so much so.
We selected 4 starters from the list to share: Hallumi/Hummus/Sardines and Kofta...a fair mix. Then proceeded to have a wonderful Couscous for main. (I selected the Merguez sausage option...not on the menu, but a twist on the standard offering with Lamb). Good food and very authentic North African taste. A great find for my HK trips!
Terrific restaurant. Excellent service. Been there a number of times. Never failed to impress. Would definitely recommend [can't understand the 25 words minimum]. Great restaurant
Service was top notch, great food and ambience. Will definitely return and would advise that you book your table in advance as it is a popular spot.
We wont be going there again - the service was good, but the food terrible - there wasnt one dish that we had that i could say was ok
Food is excellent as the service. The music is a hit loud for me but overall it's always a pleasure to go to the souk!
Very friendly staff, very helpful with any needs. Food comes pretty quickly once ordered. Not family specific but welcoming of children. Food is above average. We enjoyed our night out here.
Wonderful service and atmosphere. A gem that we found among all the Asian cuisine. Prices very competitive and I thought excellent value compared to many of the very expensive and overpriced restaurants which are so typical in Hong Kong. This was one of our highlight dinner experiences in Hong Kong. Great to have a change from Chinese and Far East styles and food. We were a party of 12 and had a great table that accommodated us all. Suggest booking in advance if taking this size of a group. Despite such a large group the service was excellent and we all had our meals served promptly, no one was kept waiting. We were a very diverse group with a need to cater for vegetarians, fish only eaters and those that like to eat any variety and we all particularity enjoyed the Middle Eastern cuisine served in Le Souk. Highly recommended and I would certainly return.
The service at Le Souk was very good. Servers were helpful in assisting our party to order the right meals to our expectation. Food was mostly mediocre, with the exception of the Lamb Tagine which was quite good.
Our "go to" restaurant for a delicious meal and great prices and the best staff! Atmosphere is great, food is always great quality and can't beat the service.
The food was excellent I can recommend the fig salad and the homus. The loaction was really good and the open front of the restaurant was lovely as was the decoration. The service was also excellent, I will go back soon!
The food was awesome .. as expected. We make it a point to have at least one dinner on our every trip to Hong Kong which from the past 5 years happens once every year. Well deserved Michelin star.. hospitality coupled with personal service. ***** Pradeep & Suchita, New Delhi - India
Fantastic restaurant, great Middle eastern cuisine The beating Hong Kong . I recommend to everyone that like tasteful cocking. Staff is also great with excellent service
Very good middle eastern restaurant in old Hong Kong town. Cocktails and wines are also nice. It was first time for me to try lamb tagin and taste was delicious. The price worths the food and drink. It locates just the left hand side after riding a long long escalator.
Good hummus, great bread, very good maroccan platter. Unfortunately desert was burned and nobody cared. Will come back again but have dessert some other place.
