Kewdale Tavern

On this day we had dinner as a family of 8. The menu, chosen meals and service were great. A lovely family affair and will definitely return!

Food took a while, nasi goreng was bland & kids pasta was watery. We received the pasta of the day instead of the kids pasta but this was quickly rectified.

Celebrating an 80th birthday - everyone (7 of us) enjoyed the food, the wine, the atmosphere. In fact, my husband and I will be there again tomorrow (4 of us). One couple are going to make a booking for their group of dining friends (about 40 of them) in the not too distant future.

The steak sandwich was great, but the chips were terrible.

Absolutely loved the welcome and the service. The food did not disappoint either.

Seafood and meat platters great value and very satisfying especially when sharing

Enjoyed our food, we had garlic bread shared between the 4 if us, One shared seafood plater, one spare ribs and one brisket with 4 drinks, all really good. Ordered coffees but could not do a decafe as was told to busy. 🤔 Had to Apple & rhubarb crumble, but was bit disappointed there as crumble was heated in microwave do very soft and soggy not so good. But all in all was nice.

A catch up with friends was made more enjoyable by the friendly team and the lovely meal. We enjoyed the banter with the wait staff and we enjoyed that she also enjoyed the banter.

Love all the Gluten Free Options and was asked if Cealiac to ensure no cross contamination. A very rare find.

Food was good, but took 20 mins to take our order and another 1 hour for the food to come out.

Being a coeliac it was great to have a safe food environment and a good selection on the menu 😁

At the end of the day it's a sports bar however it's a bit more upmarket than you local sports bar. Friendly staff, great service, great food and good value. Would go again to watch a game and enjoy the food and the atmosphere.
