Great place for Korean grill with a group, unlimited meat and yummy sides like spicy teokkbokki.

Food was good, service could be a lot better. After being seated the servers disappeared and getting anyone to wait on us was a mission. When we did attract a severs attention they could only give vague answers to questions and they were out of a fair few menu items. We wanted to sit in a different part of the restaurant but we’re told no, then walking without reservations were given tables there. It was confusing. Small point, there was no soap in the toilets. They had refilled liquid soap dispensers with water. For the prices we paid and with Covid going around I don’t see how they could afford NOT to have soap!!!

The staff were great with the COVID checkin and rules, but due to this getting service for the refill of the buffet you pay for was quite slow. However when they did come to the table, were very quick to bring you more meat to cook.

Great place for Korean bbq. It’s just like sitting at a restaurant in South Korea.

Yummy meal as always. Kids love to cook by themselves.

Had the all you can eat options other seafood. Very filling for 3 girls. Would recommend the option A if seafood isn’t ur thing

Atmosphere is great for groups. Always go for AYCE. Quality of meat is great value for money. Service is friendly but can be a bit slow if its a busy night.

The volume of music was so high that it was hard to hear my friend's voice. There was no tissue on the table. The stone-grilled bibimbap was delicious but sweet, so I wanted something spicy. It was cold because it was outside. The customer service was good.

Service was awful very disappointed taking more than 25 minutes to get service of top-up meats or drinks so we left even our time hasn't finished!!! Never come back or recommendations to anyone 😞

Truly fabulous place. Only criticism was they forgot our drinks as it was super busy and as we have never had Korean bbq before the process and sauces could’ve been explained beforehand. Other than that it was really good!

ambience quite noisy as it is too packed, smoke chute not so good, quality of meat, and selection of food and condiments are good, service is very friendly and attentive but felt a bit rushed due to many customers, overall good value for money for a non fancy korean bbq fix

we ordered Ktown set A which includes two entrees, a soup and then all you can eat bbq meat and unlimited rice and side dish refills which were all self service. I really enjoyed the LA Ribs. probably the best cut of meat out of all of them. I also like that you cook on charcoal, opposed to a hot plate. the Kim chi pancake was also delicious!

We had the set menu and it was delicious! Fresh ingredients and great service by staff! Loved the charcoal smoked flavor to the meats! Will be Back!
