James Parker - Sushi & Sake

Good as always, came here 3 times this week, best sushi in perth

James Parker is our go to for special dinners. We love the food and service. However last night they did not live up to their usual high standards. The food was still lovely but the service was average. We were kept waiting for long periods between dishes and drink refills. Disappointing

Price on the high side, but quality food. Disappointed that they did not have fatty tuna on the night. Very friendly and helpful staff

The portions were too small for what we were expecting and what we had with the previous owners. Taste wasn't the same either. Not sure we will be back.

Amazing food as always & great selection of Japanese and other drinks, attentive service & great vibe. Will be very sad to see this place go (as it is closing at the end of this month) but wish the staff all the very best & thank you for many wonderful dinners here

Wanting really good Japanese food and, dining alone, not fussy about ambience, James Parker satisfied my criteria perfectly. Nothing wrong with the room but like most Japanese restaurants not much design or decor but the food was outstanding

We got two seats by the sushi bar which we enjoyed very much getting to see the chefs at work up close. The food here is excellent and their otoro nigiri is noteworthy. We enjoyed our experience here and are looking forward to coming back.

Try the traditional Japanese dishes - they are fantastic! Good tap and bottled Japanese beers, too.

Excellent service and fresh food. Tuna and Salmon belly are my favourites.
