All the dishes we ate were delicious! Very good service and lovely atmosphere-not too noisy so in our group of 8 we were able to chat easily together. Enjoyable evening

Although the food amount is somewhat little and rather pricey, the customer service is acceptable. It's difficult to fill your stomach without ordering a lot of food.

Indian Star Restaurant, Moonee Ponds has been our favourite Indian restaurant in Melbourne for many years, (in fact we live locally and drive past two other Indian restaurants to get there!!) The Restaurant décor respects classic Indian culture, the food is first rate across the entire menu, and the warm friendly staff provide excellent, pleasant and attentive service that is second to none. (If you do not have the time to eat in, the Take away menu is also excellent with very quick service.) We would unreservedly recommend Indian Star Restaurant, Moonee Ponds to anyone looking for the best, first class, quality Indian Cuisine .......... anywhere in Melbourne!!!

Beautiful meal as always except that being a Sunday there was a shortage of Lamb and Beef which was disappointing, especially when the better half was looking forward to the Rogan Josh. Wonderful all the same.

There was more than ample food in banquet. The Vegetarian dish was a little bland. Butter chicken was fantastic. Excellent service with very attentive stafff.
