Ichirin Japanese Food

Ichirin is our favourite Japanese restaurant and we are blessed that we live in the neighbouring suburb. We often get takeaway from here and we understand just how popular the restaurant is. We opted to have two special bento boxes, blue fin tuna in one and white fish in the other, and three sides to divide between three of us. Oh and a couple of desserts, walnut ice cream another hojicha ice cream. Quality was great. Service was good although slowed by the five-thirty rush and numerous takeaway orders. Atmosphere was nice and jolly and suited my wife’s birthday celebration. Can’t wait to go back!

Great menu choices. You must try their Bento boxes. Ingredients change often. If you're into Omakase, give them a go - great choice of dishes at a very affordable price.

Food is always fresh and delicious. Sashimi and tempura is one of the best in Perth.

The place is not big but they have many great Japanese dishes to try. Make a booking to be sure if you are dining in.

Quality omakase dinner, delicious dishes, fresh produce, beautiful presentation, attentive and helpful staff, warm and inviting atmosphere. Extremely popular restaurant (for many good reasons) and worth many return visits.

Fantastic food, and service was excellent. Restaurant itself is just very small and felt like the table next to you was far too close. Will definitely return though as the food was gold.

Best Japanese restaurant in Perth by miles! We've been going regularly for years now and have always been impressed :)

The food is very good and well prepared. However, I was disappointed with the tea. It was served lukewarm and has an unpleasant taste, which took away an otherwise pleasant experience. I hope the restaurant improves on this, as everything else was enjoyable

Our dinner at Ichirin Japanese was amazing. The mixed sashimi was a highlight for freshness & flavours along with the spicy squid 🦑 Overall a very enjoyable experience & definitely will return.

We had a great time at Ichirin on Wednesday night. The food was exceptional, and the service was friendly, welcoming, and efficient. It was very nice that the chef was attentive and acknowledged every customer walking through the door. The simple yet elegant decor, especially the wooden tabletops and stencilled pattern on the back wall, works well in this cosy restaurant.

Neighbourhood gem. Always full house & we were lucky to get a last minute spot.Delicious food.
