I Love Dumplings - Richmond

The food is delicious, well priced, and there is a large variety on the menu. I have been here three times in the past month and I will definitely be coming back again.

Busy but soo yum. We will be back again for sure. Try the duck pancakes, Shanghai dumplings, anything in Sichuan chilli oil and the pork belly

Just the best dumplings - and that's not all - there are other items on the menu that will thrill your taste buds. Service is great too.

Great quality food - very busy so book before you go. Service was below standard and slow and errors made in orders due to lack of understanding our requests.

We've been to I Love Dumpling quite a number of times but after last night no more. The quality of food has decreased. There are now plenty of options for better dumplings. The service which has been adequate at best has gotten worse, with the focus on pushing you out the door as quickly as they can. And a tip..if a bottle of wine has a third of its contents in it it's not ok to throw it in the bin.

Great dumplings.. Pan fried pork were my favorite, service a littie slow but definitely worth the wait. Good that you can book a table in advance too

Great food, buzzy atmosphere. Our waitress had lots of tables to look after and despite being busy, she took great care of us making sure we had beverages and took our order in a timely manner.

Always enjoy dining at I Love Dumplings and this time I took a friend for her first time and she loved the restaurant. Beautiful food, enjoyable atmosphere and very pleasant staff. Also great value for money.

Staff extended reservation size on short notice and were lovely throughout the meal. Dumplings were great, as always, and came out quickly. BYO wine is always great!

Great food, good service.. Excellent afternoon dining and cellabrating a 21st birthday, and Father's Day! Had a mixture of dumplings as shared entrees. We all choose a different main course which were presented on lovely sizzling trays. Six people dining and we all enjoyed everything

Good service. Tasty food. This is the 2nd time we've been here and have enjoyed it both times. The dumpling with chilli sauce and the roast duck were winners.

After booking 2 weeks in advance I was phoned a few hours before my guests and I were due to arrive to ask me to choose another time and reschedule! With people traveling from all over Victoria to be there, this was not possible, nor was it appropriate for the restaurant to call at the last minute. Also, some menu items were unavailable but we were not advised at the time of ordering, only once most of the food had been delivered to the table. The staff had no clue what they were doing most of the time. The food was great, the service was poor at best.

Exceptional service! Great food, didn't have to wait long for the food. It was well priced and the chairs were awesome! Highly recommended. Definitely book before you come. It does get busy.

As usual, this place never disappoints. This time we tried the honey chicken which will be a new addition to the order each time. Yum!

I Love Dumplings have all you could ask for in a dumpling place - a wide range of delicious dumplings, fast service and a great atmosphere!

Fast service Get in early if you don't have a booking, tables fill quickly. Dunplings were good but I expected more. Pan fried dumplings were soggy, not crispy.

Very nice food but they ran out of vegetarian dumplings which was a bit of a shame. Nice waiters, very busy place, we had meat dumplings, chicken and cashew, beef mussaman and veg noodles. Very nice, but would have liked veg dumplings for the vegetarian.

They sent out the mains then the dumplings... Who cares? Was all delicious!!! Can't wait to go back and eat my body weight in dumplings.

Always great food, excellent value! A regular here about once a week! Can't go past the pan fried pork dumplings...my favourite. Highly recommended for everyone who wants to try something not on Victoria Street.

The food was very good, and cheap too, the service was fast and the restaurant was clean. I will definitely go back there again soon!

Food came out quick and was delicious as always. Customer service and attentiveness could be greatly improved, but overall the value for money and quick food service redeems this slightly.
