A great hotel for a school reunion especially if your not too sure how many will turn up there is plenty of space, the food is delicious. It has a rest friendly atmosphere. I'd recommend it.

Food was ok but not fantastic. Large servings. Pretty good for a busy pub, nice staff. Inflexible about making changes to an order though. A request was made to change onion rings to chips and were told no.

Nice food and nice local atmosphere. Our book club meets in the "Boardroom " upstairs as our little home away from home. Recommended for groups.

There was ample places to sit, inside or out, so quiet conversation was possible. The menu provided a good variety of choice; the swordfish I had was superb. All the staff were very professional and to top it off my undercover parking was validated when having a meal. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you HHH.

Good service, good food. Helpful staff. It was a bit noisy where we were sitting so will request a quieter spot next time, otherwise very pleasant evening.

Good venue, tasty good although slightly overpriced in my honest opinion. Caters well for families and a lovely outside area and children's playground where parents can relax

Food was good and was served promptly. What wasn't that great is that if you are first timer you wont know where the menu is and having made a reservation no one was there to seat you.

Excellent friendly service. Food delicious and well cooked. Unfortunately the music was turned up and we were there on a big table of 11 so it made it difficult to hear. When we arrived it was background music which was nice

Nice atmosphere lovely staff . Unfortunately the food was terrible - very quick to be served (it was really busy) so impressed with that- but quality was really awful sadly.

Sorry to say that on a beautiful winter's day and enjoying the wonderful food, we could hardly hear ourselves think ... the music was certainly not what could be called relaxing. Don't get me wrong as the band and choice of songs were very good but not over lunch time when it should be quiet and relaxed. Why not start the band after 3pm? We had to leave and have dessert and coffee elsewhere.

Good staff great night. Only problem the league was on the big screen out the back but I understand they are a league venue so wasn't too phased... Tahs lost anyway. :-(

Booked table for 7 but they tried to put us on stools not seats? Then was told you have to request seats when making the booking this is a bit ordinary. I said there wasn't an option to pick what seats when booking! As we had an elderly relative 80 years old cannot sit on stools to high for her. The staff placed us on make shift bar table nearby on a walkway but ruined the night and Birthday Party Anyway the food was good but a bit expensive compared to other venues nearby.

It was very noisy, ridiculously overpriced and crowded. I went there to catch up with old friends the rugby was on and a band at the same time and I couldn't hear anyone speak.

We were a group of 11 so understandably our order is going to take a bit longer. I placed the order for the group and then the waitress reread it to me. Everything was fine. When the food came out some of the sides were a bit muddled but the group were flexible until the waitress insisted that is what we had ordered. I showed her the list we had gone through together at the time of ordering and she had the meals fixed. The (overcooked) Eye Fillet was the smallest 200g I'd ever seen. The sauce dish was actually bigger than the fillet. Beer Battered Chips and Pepper sauce were a hit, as was the mushroom sauce. Chicken Parmi was the most substantial meal at the table and well enjoyed. Dessert order was given to a different waitress who was obviously new. When she asked our original waitress for help she was told quite rudely "the customer needs to tell you its on a tab before they order" which I had. She then walked off and they young waitress had to find someone else to assist her. Desserts came out minus one. I waited a good 5 minutes and went and asked after the dessert (2 scoops vanilla ice cream) and was told it was on the way. 10 minutes later I'm asked what we're waiting on by the same waitress I just spoke to. When I asked her to take the ice cream off the bill she was shocked "you want a refund?" - its not a refund if it never arrived. The new look of the HHH is great, the bar staff were great, but the bistro doesn't even compare to the old owners who were always welcoming and accommodating.

Food and service was good but very noisy with kids running around unsupervised. Not management's fault but we had to move a couple of times to carry on a conversation which detracted from an otherwise good venue

No altering of menu - couldn't swap chips for mash. Overall ambience was ok lighting a hit bright. Heaters not hot enough in outside area - need more heaters.

Generally the food was good although my friend's braised beef cheeks were sent back as they were as tough as an old boot. Some 20 minutes later another appeared which was much improved, but by the time she received it we had finished our meals. Also, we had a table near the automated door which kept opening even when no one was there. We asked if it could be closed but no response. So a chilly evening for the 8 of us.

Great spot near the kids play area, thank you. Good menu choices, burger was fab. Shame about the rain all weekend, the outdoor area would have been good on a nice day

Hi the hotel was lovely and dining area very nice. We sat in a booth and enjoyed the evening. We ordered the antipasto which was delightful and garlic and cheese bread + the prawn dish with sate sauce. We liked the first dishes but were disappointed with the prawn dish.

We have patronised the HHH for many years and basically we have no complaints about the staff and ambiance except that the music [that no one seem to listen to ]was too loud and the large TV screen was distracting. The Shiraz from South Australia 2 $ 35.00 a bottle was a disappointment Thanks Tullio Bogatai

Initial arrival had to wait 15 minutes at main bar for service. When bar staff finally arrived was abrupt. Someone sitting at our reserved table that was rectified by staff. Hard to identify staff from patrons . Food came out reasonably quick was good quality and satisfying size for price. Waitress/bar person sour faced abrupt to talk to when asked for additional plates seemed a hard task. Returned with plates and abruptly dropped on table. Seemed to be having a bad day. Large crowd & undestaffed but not patrons issue. Food saving grace from soured customer experience. Location itself excellent. Upon leaving approached by staff apologising for wait at bar. No apologies from sour waitress.

Can't fault the food or service, great! Steak was perfect, salads abundant and great chips! However, way, way too noisy for dinner. We requested a 'quiet' area for dinner but was subjected to a 'screeching' singer and our table of 7 could not speak beyond the person sitting beside us. A shame, as we have frequented the 3H's for many many years and were hoping the renovations would make it more family orientated. Not to be. If we do return we will be calling in advance to ensure there will be no 'live' music
