We been there twice this year. It was delicious some hot foods dishes and hot pot instead. But disappointed for an ice cream machine doesn’t have available. please set up for ice cream machine. We will love it. Thanks

All of hot pot and some hot foods are delicious. But my kids wants an ice creams but unfortunately. There’s not include. Wish should set up new ice cream machine put it. I believe lot of kids love it for sure

They listen to your requests, we had pre-booked and asked to be moved to another table as the table next to us was very noisy, they obliged immediately without hesitation. Food is delicious and loved the cooked buffet selection and hot pot variety. I highly recommend to everyone and will come back again!! They can handle feedback well. That’s what exceptional customer service is all about. If you can leave your customers with a good experience when they are dining and when they leave regardless of any issues that occurred, that’s what counts. They gave us freshly sliced watermelon on request when there was none left at the buffet. Thank you

Excellent service, ingredient selection and sauces! My favourite hot pot restaurant in South East Melbourne. Only thing I wish was there was a larger dessert selection just like their appetiser selection.

Food variety is not much, with the price ratio is not high, 70 years old people did not even have any concessions, feeling general.

I had beef with garlic Om Christmas Day and it was the best I have ever tasted. However during my last visit on 19 jan the Meat was tough. Extremely disappointed.

We love this restaurant however today there was a lot less on offer at the buffet than there normally is. I would still highly recommend this hot pot restaurant.

the food and dessert selection aren't as good as last time but overall it's ok for the price we paid.
