Tasty food. Good service. I highly recommend this restaurant. They were accomodating of a late change to our reservation too. These words are to meet the minimum required

Lovely food. Wonderful staff: friendly and efficient. Portions are modest in size, so if sharing will need to order at lease one per person. Even on a Sunday evening every table was full, but ours was available exactly at the reservation time. .

Food and service were excellent. The banquet was too big - we couldn't eat all the food! All of it beautiful and the desserts were to die for.

Loved hello auntie. My new fave Vietnamese in marrickville. The banquet is sensational value. At $55 can't be beaten. Will be back again real soon. Highly recommended.

Fantastic food, vibe and reasonable pricing for the outstanding quality. A little bit of slopping water over the table and spilling drinks without coming back to wipe up but this is forgiven as the staff were super friendly and pretty efficient. Loved it - have recommended the place already to a bunch of people and we'll be back for sure.

Delicious in every way. Every dish we ordered was delicious and fresh. Staff are friendly and helpful. Second time we have been and we will definitely be coming back.

Great food and service, Vietnamese food with a modern twist - very fresh and delicious! Great for small groups. Welcome addition to the Marrickville food scene.

The food was good, however on a street full of Vietnamese restaurants I would expect some service and better food for the price they charge. I can go a couple of doors down get just as good food, BYO and a smile and not get kicked out for the next booking. Pull your socks up Hello Auntie.

It was ok service wasn't good. Very slow between meals. Cocktails were over priced but food was fresh . Would recommend only for a light meal in and out

The service was good. The food was nothing special & expensive. Still good to know the restaurant on my neighbourhood. Byo only on Wednesday, the wine price still ok.

Unique and fantastic take on Vietnamese. Pity we couldn't have tried everything on the menu because it all looked delicious. Cocktails were especially good.Service was excellent with good recommendations. Will certainly be returning to try more things!

Some truly great dishes-the bbq pork, and bone marrow really stand out. Others all very good. The girl managing the floor is doing a great job.

The recent experience wasn't as good as previous times. We ordered the white bait and it was well and truly over cooked. We couldn't even finish them as they were that dry.

A really great original modern Vietnamese fusion. A taste sensation. The service was attentive and polite. the wines list and cocktail list was excellent and overall a wonderful experience

The food was delicious but having booked an early (6.00 pm) table we felt the staff were not quite ready when we arrived and there was a bit of confusion between the waiting on staff but the service improved as the evening went on and the food recommendations were perfect, it was a great meal.

Food was unique and different compared to normal vietnamese food. We ordered the rice paper rolls and loved how you can wrap the rolls yourself. Definitely recommend that dish.

Excellent food and service. A little expensive compared to other Vietnamese restaurants nearby, but the food is on a different level. Really great staff as well.

We love Hello Auntie and it's good for kids as well. The food is just right, fresh, good tastes with a mix of traditional dishes done excellently and some new creations. I'm no expert on Vietnamese food but Hello Auntie hits the spot. It is pricey but you can get great value by choosing carefully. I do think they could improve by filtering their table water which to be fair no restaurant seems to do. It would make me rate it higher.

Very nice food and buzz. But charging extra for a few rice paper sheets and credit card fees is unnecessary considering that is not a cheap option.

Consistently great food. Best banh xeo and pho in sydney. More modern dishes overall worth trying and most are hits, with the occasional miss. Service adequate, staff seem a bit overwhelmed when it's busy.

Good experience! Came here for a quick bite before a comedy show. Quick service and delicious food, however, a bit pricier than other Vietnamese places in the area.

Out of the ordinary and delicious take on Vietnamese. Great service even though the restaurant was full. Lots of families at our early dinner sitting.

Some hits and some misses with the food. The Hello Uncle dish was way too strong and missed it's mark. The little pork buns were yum as was the duck salad. The lighting needs to be up a notch so we can all read the menus and glasses replenished with water.

I went here with my colleague and we had a great full night! The food was so nice and presentation was beautiful as well. The waiters were so nice and considerate. We ordered Banh Khot and the plate was super hot; he kept reminding us be careful and even showed us the way to eat.

Always terrific food and service. Went for a birthday. Prawn spring rolls and Pancakes delicious as were the mushroom rolls. Love the byo wednesday deal.

Whilst the staff were polite, they weren't very quick to offer drinks etc. and we had to ask multiple times for things we'd ordered (eg. an extra plate of noodles). The menu is rather limited in range. Quality of the food is moderate. Nothing wrong with it but nothing exceptional either.

Even with a booking we had to queue to get in here...just goes to show how popular this is in the neighbourhood! The food was excellent...de-constructed apple pie not to be missed.

Delicious food, excellent service and the acoustics allow for conversation amongst a big group. Could do with a bit more styling in the back room... the brick work is a bit cold but hey all other aspects shine brightly.
