Limited vegetarian/pescetarian options, long wait time to order/food arrival, staggered meal arrivals to table

Service and ambience were good. Food was interesting and fun, but not quite the authentic Japanese gyoza. Good experience overall.

The sake was very nice but the gyozas were not worth the price (quantity-wise)

Poor service. Two out of three items ordered were wrong. Significant wait time for food to be served and ended up cancelling one item due to the long wait.

The service was excellent. My partner and I arrived a little early, just before the restaurant opened and the staff accommodated us and seated us at a table. The gyoza and pork belly were ordered were amazing. The creme brûlée pancake certainly did not disappoint! The Yoyogi Pale Ale (from the tap) was excellent. We will definitely be visiting again to try the other dishes on the menu.

Overall atmosphere was good however the music was too loud at one stage and we had to yell to hear one another across the table.

Great atmosphere with excellent service. Excellent maitre de, kitchen staff and wait staff all friendly and polite. Food is nothing fancy - food hall fare however, its a good spot to go before a show definitely.

Food was mediocre, gyozas were dry, karaage chicken was underwhelming, edamame was soggy and unsalted, eggplant tempura was bland and tasteless. Overall a meh experience 😒

Went with great expectations. They ran out of Cheese Veg Gyoza, Nutella Gyoza and was very disappointed. It was sunday evening so expecting much. We were traveling from outer west so thats why were quit unhappy. But saying that rest of food was ok to good.

Decent selection of food and drinks, being mindful that many are small dishes (more of a snack than a main course). Service was good and staff friendly and helpful. Good for a quick team lunch.

Pretty bad food. Pork dumplings were over cooked, all black burned on the side. chicken karage full of fats; no taste on the octopus balls as they were all mushy with flour. Very loud music. Food are cheap though.

It was hot (but that's not your fault). Some orders we're forgotten and some people had to wait for a LONG time until they got their food. However we received some complimentary food that we were all very grateful for!!! The staff were great :) Thank you - we will come again

Loved the experience - great food with a modern twist, funky plates to eat off, lovely staff and a good drinks selection, plus they don't cramp you up near other guests, and the tiered levelling makes it feel very spacious. The only thing that could have made this a better experience would be air con! it was almost 30 degrees today and we were quite hot there.

Great food! We got the Godzilla menu and it was amazing - so much gyoza and the service was really quick. The gyoza was a bit gimmicky in the sense they had cheeseburger gyoza and a bunch of different non traditional flavours... but overall great dining experience!

Great service, even better food - the in-house beer was also fantastic. The setting was somewhat unusual but worked well, nice to have a new excuse to head to Darling Harbour.

Great concept and the food was good. Unfortunately the location of our table made us feel we were in Siberia. The service was a bit chaotic.

Friday lunch time might be too busy of a time to visit. Service and food were great until we ordered dessert. When it finally arrived the waiter didn't want to serve it to us because he said it wasn't up to their standard. Had to wait longer for a replacement but they were nice about it all and removed the cost of the desserts off the bill.

The food is very average and the table service is very slow. I wasn't impressed with the limited edition beers they had either. The decor is very cool though. And there's always something off when a Japanese themed restaurant is not run by Japanese.
