Oh I just love this restaurant everything was amazing. The food, drinks and service all 10/10. This is a bit to be missed stop off.

My daughter and I went here prior to a show at the ICC, and had a fantastic time. Ordering on Ipad was so easy ( Prob too easy as we ordered way too much food haha). Food was delicious, and service was great. Would highly recommend.

Restaurant had great vibes, but service was extremely slow. We waited 40min for 2 types of gyozas and a chicken curry. When I asked the staff, they said that they had forgotten our order...

needed help with the menu and some clarification... the "call waiter" button didn't seem to work. understaffed? maybe could've yelled for attention... didn't think it was worth it after 20mins so we slipped out and away...

I went for my birthday. It was a great place to take a group and they brought me dessert gyoza with sparklers!

Waited for 10minutes at the door where it says to wait for a table. No one acknowledged us despite multiple people waiting and multiple staff walking past. Went to the bar waited another 5 minutes before being acknowledged then finally got seated at our booked table without menus though. Again pressed the button for service waived down staff only to be constantly ignored. Went to the bar again no one was serving or acknowledging us. Packed up and left as we had wasted 20minutes by this stage and no one even noticed. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my lifetime in Sydney.

Great experience overall. We had a mix of everything. Gyozas were very juicy and tasty. The miso soup was too small for 4.2$ and the sweet gyoza were tiny and there were just 3 of them. It wasn't worth 11$. The service was relatively fast. There was a button on the table to call for service which I found it cool 😁There is plenty of craft beer choice and they even brew their own beer on site. Nice modern and cozy interior. Staff was singing loudly frequently when serving sake or a similar alcohol. I found it stupid and disrupting. I will go there again.
