Lovely atmosphere, great service. The food was delicious and absolutely the perfect amount. Our waitress memorized our order and handled my picky brother and his picky girlfriend very well

Food is good, had the pasta and calamari. Service is OK, friendly but a bit slow. Nice atmosphere when they are busy on Friday/Saturday night.

The groove train is a vibrant restaurants that offering a full menu to satisfy everyone. I had gnocchi it was delicious. The wildfires pizzas are highly recommended according to friends at my table who enjoyed theirs.

Food is always good and service is prompt!! Always a good portion and good to be able to take leftovers for lunch the next day!

The Food was great but we had to try to get the staffs attention for them to take any of our orders. Their service was very disappointing.

First impressions were great, greeted and taken to booth quickly and happily, very comfortable seating and temperature, clean, drinks bought quickly as was food. Five people all ordered different meals on a Sunday at 2 pm...every bite was delicious and every person very happy with their meal. We hadnt been before but will be regulars now. The ease of the booking process ensures a speedy return for all 5 of us Everything at the Groove Train earns a 10 out of 10.

A great family restaurant with a wide ranging menu. Great value for money. Prompt service and amazing coffee. My kids loving going for breakfast, they love the milkshakes and pancakes.

The service was a little slow at the start, but from that point on it was a great evening. Food was great, 2 parmas 2 pastas and a steak sandwich steak sandwich. Yum

Food was pretty average. Don't think we will go back there. Everything had way too much salt on it and my daughters pizza wasn't even cooked enough, all soggy and undercooked.

Another great night dining at the groove train Knox. Great food, friendly staff, outstanding service. Was dying to try the new Cookie Monster Milkshake, couldn't squeeze it in. Oh well! Will just have to come back.

The food was excellent. All five of us enjoyed our meals. Drinks came promptly as did the meals, considering how busy the restaurant was we did not have to wait too long. Would highly recommend Groove Train to all my friends.

Always fantastic food. Varied menu and every meal I've eaten here was great. Extremely accommodating staff, though often difficult to get their attention for extra drinks or food.

Just ok, nothing amazing. Service average and food the normal for a chain restaurant. Great for families not so good when your kids are grown up

It was a good night and food was delicious- staff friendly and allowed us to split the bill if we went up one at a time and paid which worked well! Only thing I'd add is to make sure staff are checking for drinks- we would have ordered so much more but once our meal arrived no staff came for drink orders

The menu is wide ranging, we had pizza,salad and a fisherman's basket. Service was quick, actually a little to quick.We were not offer coffee or dessert, we went somewhere else as our account came before the table was cleared

The service was quick from the time we ordered drinks & meal. Had to call a waiter over to order though. Food filling, tasted good.

Loved the food! Our waitress did not smile once during the whole time she was there tho which was dissapointing. She really looked like she did not want to be there at all

The service was really good - friendly staff and were attentive. I ordered the Chicken Satay which included rice and greens on the side as a description. When it arrived it was lukewarm. The flavour was OK but not a lot of spice. The most appalling part of the meal was the drumhead cabbage that served as the greens. Never in the countless meals I have eaten in restaurants have I been served cabbage (both white and purple) as a side and definitely NOT in an asian meal. If they had run out, I would have preferred to choose another meal. If this is how they normally serve it, I definitely won't be returning.

Food and service was great but unfortunately it was cold as we were seated near the door which was constantly opening and closing.you need to find a solution to this problem

Great service and food!!! The lamb rotisserie special is soooo good - they should do it seven days a week instead of just Monday to Saturday.

We were really surprised at the wide variety of food available - something for everyone. The food was great, well presented, delicious and quite fast for how busy it was. The service was excellent - friendly and attentive. A really good experience.

Had lunch on a Saturday for a party of 6. Service was quite good though we were not offered the specials menu (we only saw these as we were leaving). Food and drinks service was reasonably quick, though there was mixed reactions to the actual food (my wife did not like the Spaghetti Pescatore, and indicated she would have chosen special menu dish if we had seen them earlier, fish in the Fisherman's Basket was over cooked, but rest of sea food was spot on, beef pattie in burger was not cooked to the eater's requirement). Will probably give the restaurant another try.

It was a great atmosphere. We had a big group and they managed our orders very efficiently. They also allowed us to slit the bill for each person which made it easier at the end of the night.

Great service, very timely. The food was great and again we only wait around 10 mins from ordering to recieving our meals. The meals were large servings which tasted fantastic. The only issue I had was it was extremely noisy inside so not the best place to have a chat with your company.

Service was great, very friendly. The food was just average, similar quality you would get from most pubs. The tables are very small for 4 people.

Excellent food, wonderful service and a really nice atmosphere. Sat in one of the booths which was very comfortable and private. The penne amatriciana and crumbed eggplant were delicious.

Lovely new venue. I've been to a few GT's. I tried something different both food & drink wise, and both were delicious. 10% surcharge on public holiday wasn't mentioned until we were paying for the meal, would have been more convenient to be told upon arrival. But I'll definitely be back.

Wonderful staff and food. Our daughter wasn't feeling well so our preplanned cake with candle was very generously given to us for free to take home with us. We will definitely be back again lots more on the menu to try.

Overall very good. There were 3 problems. 1: they forgot one of our meals but did come to the table and apologise, acknowledging it was their fault. 2: My steak was ordered as medium but was definitely rare which is not a real problem as I can eat a rare steak. The worst part was the steak was very tough, some bits were so tough I could not chew it. 3: We decided to have desert and were given the desert menu but then no one came back to take our order.
