The Groove Train - Knox Ozone

Food was average- not bad but not amazing. Unfortunately it was tsinted at the end as we had a boucher that we’d bid for at a trivia night and i had 3 staff members standing around doubting whether it was valid or not. Fair enough but one man was completely rude un his manner. He questioned why we hadnt used it yet as it was from 6 months ago, yet still within expiry! Um i have kids, life is busy!!! Dont donate vouchers if you are going to doubt people!! I found they didnt handle it well and made me feel like i was in the wrong, therefore i wont be going back again

great service and atmosphere ! My daughter's birthday was our occaision for the outing and they helped us celebrate it and make it a memorable day for her.

3/5 workers were quite rude and arrogant however, food was great and delivered very quickly as were drinks. The table size could have been bigger considering there were 7 of us squeezed into a little booth.

Absolutely great service, staff are helpful and friendly. Food is quick,delicious and tasty. Plenty to choose from on the menu at a good price point.

Friendly staff, and there were lots of them. Service was quick and the food was ample - big serves so good value for money and it yummo.

Food was amazing. Didn't wait long for it to be brought to the table after ordering. We did want to order more drinks and that took a while for the waitresses to realise, even when we tried to catch them as they walked past. Overall though, great experience.

Friendly and helpful wait staff. Food arrived at the same time. Food was very tasty and well presented. Our group was very satisfied and we will come back.

Highly recommend the warm beef salad or chicken and cous cous salad. Both delicious, fresh and tasty. Very attentive service and great warm atmosphere. Ideal for families or friends.

Such a reliable place to come for a meal and so close to home. I always know I’ll get a seat and get a decent sized meal.

Service was friendly and efficient. Meals were good quality and appropriately sized. The braised beef cheek was incredibly tender and richly flavoured, however I would have preferred more green veggies rather than the massive pile of mashed potato.

Groove train is great, plenty on the menu and staff are always friendly, reasonably priced as well. Great place for catch up with friends or family.

All meals were delicious and excellent value. It was a bit noisy, enjoyed the booth, but the extra seats added to the booth were not comfortable. We would certainly go back for a meal - good value

Was a great experience only fault was one of the bar staff blonde hair shaved sides (girl) gave me a dirty look and rolled her eyes when i asked if it was possible to get to bill to the waitstaff in front of her , really rude

groove train knox is in such a good location and the staff and food was top notch. this is a neighbourhood gem of a restaurant

Customer service exceptional, however salad disaponinted, few lettuce and thats about it, need a garden salad full of ingredients and flavour to top of a meal.

The lunch for our family was to celebrate a birthday! 😊 The staff were very helpful and friendly! The decor was very welcoming! The seating was very cosy! The food and service was very good! We really enjoyed the visit! 👋

Really enjoyable dinner at Groove Train Knox . Staff were friendly & attentive & meals were fantastic & well priced. It was also great not to feel rushed to leave , we were able to sit & relax with a drink after our meal which is not always possible in a lot of restaurants.

The staff were very attentive and polite with a great atmosphere. There menu was hugely varied and in the number of times I have dined there never had a bad meal.

The place was excellent,The food was good as well. had a really good time. the waiters were really observant and never really had to wait too long

Fabulous service, lovely staff, excellent food - couldn't fault the restaurant. We were a large group of 14 and everyone was served quickly. Even kind enough to let us split the bill - not many places do that these days! Will definitely go back again.

Food was good but felt like we had to go staff were coming past heaps. Been Afew times and they have a great menu with heaps of choice.

beef was over cooked in the warm beef salad. too much cram on the southern fried chicken popcorn salad. Some of the fish was a bit mooshy with the fish and chips. Not a fresh product though. other wise service was good at the beginning then really slowed down.

All of the staff were friendly & attentive, the food was delicious with a large & varied menu, and it didn't break the bank. We love The Groove Train at Knox Ozone and will be back again soon!!

Food was delicious. I had the Nasi Goreng and my husband had the Seafood Red curry. Service was a little hit and miss but overall would recommend it..

The service was great at the beginning. My meal was perfect. Warm beef salad. Had to call for service after our main meal to order drinks but then great again. A beautiful meal.

Pleasant staff and very good service. Wait time for meals was not long at all. Asian style meals were ordered but were not as authentic as other Asian meals I have eaten

No issues with food or service, it was all delicious. Ordered a couple of Moscato's and they tasted like they had been open for quite awhile.

Great family experience - four adults, four kids. Meals were enormous, service was great. Value for money in all aspects really. Highly recommended. Central location.

booked for 6 pm Sat night for 9 people. Service was quick. Meals were served at the same time. Very tasty. Will definitely be going back.

Busy Friday night at Groove Train. Both the customer service and the food was fantastic. No problems with waiting times for a busy period as well. Will definitely come back.

Great food and location. The only bad thing though was that they didn't ask if we wanted coffee or dessert after we finished our meal. And that they sat us next to the food counter so all the food had to be run past us.

We had a table booked inside for lunch but as it was such a lovely sunny day, we were able to sit outside instead. The vegetable stack was delicious and it was the perfect day for a refreshing wine cocktail with lemon and elderflower. Enjoyed it all and service was quick too.

Great food fast service good place to catchup highly recommend the calamari melt in your mouth so delicous and kids meals were the tops kids loved them and there milkshakes too .Food well presented .
