The Groove Train - Knox Ozone

I LIKE THE TRAIN BUT I FIND IT REALLY ANNOYING WHEN THE WAITER IS CONSTANTLY COMING TO THE TABLE AND TRYING TO TAKE YOUR PLATE AWAY EVEN WHEN YOU ARE STILL EATING THIS HAPPENED 3 OR 4 TIMES DURING DINNER OTHERWISE ITS A GOOD RESTAURANT WITH GOOD FOOD.

Great food and efficient service especially considering we were a table of 8. The only place I will order the Tandoori pizza because it is not greasy and the base is not doughy compared to other Groove train restaurants. Also recommend the wedges.

Always fantastic food and service here. Love the ability to book so easily and the restaurant have membership benefits that are well worth signing up for. The only downfall was that sometimes the waiters were too keen to help, having different people ask for orders after we'd already placed them...just meant more interruptions but not a big deal. Eager to help is good! Love it here. It's a favourite for sure.

Good variety and quality of food. Well priced. Nice atmosphere. Service a little slow, I had to get up and ask for drinks etc a couple of times.

Love the variety of amazing options on the menu. We had a group of ten people and everyone loved their food and plan to come back again soon!

Service was fantastic and food was exactly as ordered. We had a table of 7 and we were served immediately, food and drinks came quickly.

Delicious meals & customer service that could not be any better resulted in a great night at Groove Train Knox last night . The online booking service is so easy to use too , making the whole experience a definite 10/10 !

We went there on a Sunday night, and the restaurant was probably three quarters full. The food arrived fairly quickly, and everyone enjoyed their meal. Overall it was a great night. The one downside was that once we had been asked if we wanted dessert and coffees, we were left alone, to the point where we had to approach 3 different people to get our bill. I would definitely eat here again.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Food was delicious and we didn't have to wait long at all. Also a lot of variety on the menu.

Efficient and friendly service for our group of 7. Food mostly great. One of the chicken salads had only 2 pieces of potato, and the tomato with the Parma was not ripe at all. Otherwise very tasty and enjoyable.

Good good, well priced. Caters for all for all rewquirements. Staff very friendly. Only down side was air con on when it was 7 degrees outside.

Great service, food was pretty good but some meals seemed to have been prepared a bit too far in advance (soggy chips in nachos meal).

A great night as usual. The good was well cooked and tasty. It arrived very quickly. The wait staff were all very attentive and our glasses were always filled. We were very pleased with everything. Recommend.

The Groove Train at Knox would have to be our favourite place for dinner. We often take our friends to catch up with a great meal.

Food was amazing, staff were wonderful. Had a great time. My only pain we had was splitting the bill over 18 people, we got through it though. Would definitely be back but probably not in a large group. Thank you

Food was delicious but on this occasion service was very slow even when there were only a few tables left. Very hard to get waiters attention.

We went to celebrate a birthday. The food was excellent and delivered quickly and efficiently. Drinks were offered as required. Then to top it off our cake was set up and served with candles lit and plates with cutlery and serviettes for each person bought as well. An awesome experience.

Party of eight and everyone was very happy with the quality of the food and service. Only issue was the cost of the wine. Even the house wine was heavily overpriced for a family based restaurant.

One of my fave places to eat, have never had a bad experience at The Groove Train. My parma off the specials menu was delicious!

Fast, friendly, courteous service. Enjoyable atmosphere, booth seating extremely comfortable. Great variety on the menu for reasonable price. Happy to recommend to family and friends.

Went for Father’s Day breakfast, even though it was busy the service was great, the food was yum and reasonably priced as well. Will definitely be back.

Food and service was great but the music entertainment was too loud. Overall, it was not too expensive and I would recommend it to anyone especially couples with young families.

The staff was friendly and efficient. We had mushroom Risotto and fish and chips. The risotto was cooked to perfect creamy but not overly heavy. The fish and chips was average, the batter was but gooey and chips were bit soggy.

Great meal. Big menu which is good but makes it hard to pick a meal. Will be back to try other meals. Staff very helpful

Great service for our table of 10, celebrating a family birthday. Huge servings, the beef Ragu risotto was the standout meal, but charging $4:50 for a soda water with ice was a bit rich. $225 bill for a table of 10 so not too bad.

beautiful food great service when we got going. Wish I had known about the free meal on your birthday deal as we went there for my sons birthday and as we hadnt signed up to the Groove Train club we missed out

Service was awesome and so were the Eggplant chips. Only gripe would be the focaccia I had wasn’t fresh and had hardly any flavor so next time I’ll get something else 😄😄

The booth tables are too small for the booths. You have to lean in and cant sit properly, especially for kids... Need bigger tables for the booths. That was the only issue we had

We had a great waitress that was very accommodating for all of our requests on a big table. Even though they were so busy they still we on top of all of there service. Food was all great with very generous served too :)

We went for my sons 18th Birthday family dinner and the night there was amazing. We were greeted by a very friendly male waiter whom was the highlight of our evening. He was funny and bubbly. He had the best personality and he treated my 18 year old with respect and kindness and made him feel like an adult. We could not have wished for a better person to serve us our food and drinks. The food was delicious and worth the money spent as everything was eaten by the whole 8 of us which says something. I had made a cake and it was brought out on request with candles lit and plates napkins and spoons provided. Overall the night was a success and the night was enjoyed by the whole party of 8. We even got a warm goodbye from our favourite waiter. Will definately come again. Next party is a definate.

We were seated promptly then left for about 15-20 minutes before somebody attended to us. Apart from that it was a great experience. We had a lovely family lunch

Difficult to obtain waiting staffs attention for extra plates, napkins, etc. Had to ask for water for our table. Food was good although I don't like meals being served on wooden boards. Overall a pleasant experience.

The beef cheeks are amazing. Really soft and tasty 😋 Everyone had very nice meals. Staff were very polite and attentive. It was very cosy on a wintery night.

Everything was well taken care of and the attention to tables very good. Couldnt fault the service. Activated the loyalty card and my son got his birthday lunch for free.
