I love my local, the staff are fabulous thank you.

Had a meal last night with the usual group on a Friday night. 8 meals came out and all of them were perfect. Staff were excellent as usual. They come to your table to say hello. Thanks John for your hospitality and staff management. See ya next week!!!!!!

Put in a dark area of hotel and the info re social distancing was stuck down With sticky tape and in the way of eating meals. Meals staff were dismissive. Meals ok though Caesar salad ordinary

There was no salads they had sold out. I don’t understand why when they have just started back. The soft drinks where half full and flat.

My meal wasn’t good and service was very average. Staff didn’t take the time to advise where to order or how to get drinks. They were more interested in getting us out in the 90 minute time frame.

Social distancing Wasn’t the greatest And we were sat under a leaking roof with buckets between our seats catching water that we tripped on not even a warning about the buckets on the floor and not even told to use the sanitizer and ppl stood near us in the line to order not what I was expecting under the current circumstances plus there was a table with 15 on it next to us at one stage

Great atmosphere considering covid. the team did all they could to make it feel like normal in a safe way.

We have missed The Greggo! Calamari batter seemed abit underdone this time but no complaints w1mm m j

Delicious food and great service. Even though the bistro was packed on a Friday night, the meals came out in a timely fashion.

Food was terrible, even after sending it back because it tasted like a bottle of salt was dropped on all meals not just one, they came back out tasting terrible, when we told the wait staff, she couldn't care less, we will not be going back.

A wonderful venue, great food and the kids love the play area
