Busy. Nice place. food service ok. Bar service a little slow. Ran out of my beer.. no more in stock. Food was ok ... didn't gave the pork knuckle but it looked like a favourite there.

Great place to go on a Friday night. Love the live music and ambience. The only downside was the queue to order the food was too long. Apart from that everything was great.

I ordered one of the specials @$18, the single lamb shank with mash and peas. The quantity was very disappointing due to the shank having little meat and small proportions of mash. It was served in a small dish as well. My other guests were relatively pleased with their meals.

Fantastic food, great service. Friendly atmosphere for all the family. We will definitely be back to try other items on the menu & also the beer.

Meal was great but unfortunately the line to order was extremely long which meant that it was going to take at least 45 minutes or more for food . More staff needed to help with orders.

Had a great night food was great ,service was great transportation to my home from the bus. Over all would recommend to anyone .Will be going again in the near future.

food was good but it was still very hot inside i thought it would be cooler but still had a good night will go again

The hotel has a great atmosphere, the service is friendly and efficient and most importantly family friendly. It is our families first choice for dinner out.

Good food,atmosphere was good ,live music sounded good,very busy around dinner time,even with lots of people for dinner food arrived quickly... Would definitely go back

We were pleasantly surprised by the entertaining atmosphere of the hotel. The food was to our taste. We will certainly pay another visit sometime soon.

Great service with quality food placed was busy but food came out fast would recommend booking for a Saturday night. Great music too and was on song

Food was average and as they were understaffed it took about 45 minutes just for entrees to come out and then another 45 minutes for the mains

Great atmosphere. Also great bar service from Ryan- I requested a Mocktail list & he made one up for me like was no problem- people like this make pregnancy socialising much easier! However more than 1 person should be taking bistro orders on a Saturday night- I waited in line to order for 25 minutes.

Booked table for 12 at 8pm for birthday celebration on saturday night. It was packed. The que to order food was longer wait than it was for the food. Food was nice as usual. But our table was put right in front of the live entertainment. So we couldn't talk amongst each other as it was loud. We eventually moved ourselves when other tables became available. Overall experience was pleasant but noisy.

A bit slow in taking the orders at the restaurant last night! Meals took longer to arrive than usual, was not that busy either. Food was great when it did arrive.

The food and the atmosphere is always amazing at the Gregory hills hotel. We go here often and never leave disappointed. The port knuckle is sensational!

Booked a table but other patrons had moved our sign but management were quick to sort out the problem and found us a new table. Only issue was to wait in line to order food was about 25mins, the food turn around was very quick once we ordered and was a great meal.

Quick service with plenty on offer for food and drinks. Always clean and tidy. Great place to up with friends for that long awaited catch up.

Dumplings were lovely. S&P calamari was way overcooked and rubbery. Band was a bir loud. Unable to have a conversation. Overall , it's a great pub and had a lovely time.

Very busy place and the kids area is very good. The food isnt to bad although with a busy night you van tell that the food is rushed and not 100%.

The service and atmosphere was fantastic. When the meals came out there was. It a complaint from our table of 16 it was a great experience.

Overall experience was not enjoyable. Had to wait too long to order meal. The Bar staff were not friendly and when I ordered bottle of wine it was placed into a water jug with ice instead of a proper wine cooler. Not good enough. Also it was very hot in the dining area.

Food was nice but the staff were very sloppy with their manners. It was our first time and we had to look for someone to ask about seating, the reaction we got was disinterest.

Food was only average Decor was lovely Went to play pokies on the way out and left straight away when we saw people smoking!!! Won't be coming here again unfortunately

Great pub with a good vibe and a great range of nice food. Its nice to have somewhere that is like a normal uk pub....the only thing missing is pints.

Reserved table was in warm part of hotel, requested change. Thought it strange reserved table was in uncomfortable area. Food was great and atmosphere good.

Great food and service. Pub is very trendy. I didn't do my research as to what was on, very loud band, so I couldn't talk to any of my guests. I would still go back mid week for a meal.

Good, simple menu with choices for everyone. Meals were brought out together fairly quickly which was surprising as they were quite busy. Good size servings, most of group could not finish!

Great atmosphere however long wait and queue for food order. Staff are friendly and helpful. Band was great but was a little too loud that we couldn't hear ourselves talking.

The food was great and the atmosphere was pleasant, the staff were friendly. The kids meals are value for money and with the play area the kids had just as good a night as us.

Food was a bit slow and as we ordered in a group, the meals all came out at different times.. also book was for 13, and only set for 12.

Venue great, food good for pub food. They replaced a kids meal with no fuss after the high chair's tray was broken and fell off with all the food. Very happy.

Most enjoyable and Great food.The Queue up to order can be long at peak times. Great family atmosphere. Good to see a pub fostering live music also.
