Great restaurant with a great atmosphere! We got the number 1 set menu which was plenty of food, we will definitely be back with friends
Absolutely loved it! Very friendly staff food is delisious they really make it an experience to remember! Will defiantly be coming back here for sure :)
Enjoyed the food, staff were very friendly and attentive. Overall all the family enjoyed the experience & meal. Would certainly recommend the restaurant to other people.
It was my husbands 50th and daughters 13th and they made a special effort for them. Decorated their bibs, sang, took a family photo, we're happy to do the cake with sparklers I had brought. Thank you to the lovely staff. And the food was great too, and a bit of fun thrown in with egg throwing and bowl catching.
We had a great night at Ginza Teppanyaki. We celebrated a 22nd birthday and the birthday girl was adequately made the centre of attention with a birthday bib and food catching challenges (but not over the top). It was fun and we laughed a lot. It was a lovely touch for the birthday girl to be given a photo of our group at the end of the night. The Chef was great fun and the food was delicious. Will definitely go back.
Great customer service! Food was great and plentiful, staff were very professional, My family and I would love to come back! We got special bins for the birthday boy and girl! Definitely coming back!
Great place loved every min of it. Going back for sure. Food was great service was great would definitely recommend to others great teppinyaki around Melbourne
Wrote seafood allergy on the bib. Then watched them cook the prawns with the rest of the meal. Left hungry and ate somewhere else. Staff were friendly.
A little too much like a factory line. They've been doing this for a long time and looked a little bored with it. Don't get me wrong, it's nice food bur perhaps not the value for money i used to get. $100 all inclusive a head should be better.
Thank you for the fantastic service and the food is totally delicious. The atmosphere makes the evening an even more eventful experience. Would certainly dine here again.
This is a great restaurant. The food is good quality and it was a lot fun to go there. My only criticism is that the drinks service was a little slow.
Very good everytime I've been. Staff are very attentive and the food is top quality and it is cheap enough to go once a month at least.
Excellent food and service as usual . Games are entertaining and make this a fun experience for young and old alike will definitely be back.
It was an amazing experience and great food !!! But not being able to split the bill was very inconvenient ( Especially for large groups ) Thank you :)
It is Great fun, great food, a clean restaurant and they look after the kids well too. This is my fav Teppanyaki restaurant in Australia.
Absolutely outstanding. We took an exchange student there for her farewell dinner from Melbourne. We all had a fabulous experience. Recommend it to all diners
Paid for the big banquet expecting more theatre and was disappointed. I would expect more theatre when you are going to Tepanyaki, depending on what you pay. Theatre seems to be dependent on what chef you get which should not be the case. Food was nice.
Good entertainment, food was nice but a tad salty. Recommended for those who want a decent teppanyaki experience!
We went with our three kids and had an amazing experience. I would highly recommend this to any group. Great quality food and a some fun.
Food & entertainment were great, however the whole experience lasted only one hour. I suggest that they should give you a break between courses to enjoy the company.
value for money lunch. Chef did a few cooking tricks. everything served was fresh, from the meat to the vegetables. would go back again soon.
Fun night for a family of five with three young children. Chef could have been a little more interactive. Expensive, but quality of produce was excellent.
Thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Food cooked to perfection and excellent service and entertainment! The set menus work well for the number of people seated around each plate and items can be substituted if some in the group don't want a particular thing without everyone having to agree on a different set. Probably the only downside is there is little time for drinks and chat during peak dinner hours but that's busy Teppanyaki places everywhere for you - a good sign of a place worth a visit at any rate!
A fantastic night of fun and laughter to celebrate family birthdays. Food was delicious, even when it was thrown at you, and the service was friendly and professional. Highly recommended.
Another great night at Ginza. Have not been back for a few years but decided to take our 12 year old daughter with us and she absolutely loved it. The service is always great, you never wait for a drink and i think the best thing about this type of dining is that you are sitting with people that you have never met and it's great to talk to other people around you. Shout out for the chef too. He was very entertaining and all the kids seemed to love him.
Ginzi was a fun experience with games and laughter. Would recommend to friends and the food was delicious, we also got a bib which was needed with all the sauces! Chicken a little undercooked for my liking and the beef was actually nicer than the wagu so I wouldn't pay the extra $20 for it.
Great for kids they had a brilliant time. The non-alcoholic cocktails were fun too. The chef's all put on a good display and the desserts were excellent.
Great meal, good value and very delicious. Good show as well our chef was entertaining and overall it was a very enjoyable environment. Thank you
The restaurant was fine for dinner with our two year old. The fish, chicken and Beef were cooked well. Our only disappointment was the rice at the end of the meal (really gluggy and minimal flavor). It would have been great for this to be cooked on the tepanyaki grill as I have seen done so many times before. I am not sure the meal warranted a $200 price tag.
The service from the start through to completion was excellent, the food was also excellent and all in our group of 14 really liked the food, the service with drinks was very efficient, my only negative of the night was of the two grill chefs at our table one was not overly friendly but he did warm up and it didn't spoil our night, would definitely recommend and will return again, Great job Ginza.
The night at Ginza Teppanyaki was excellent even thought it was pricey. The kids enjoyed themselves. Didn't like the fried rice though, it was almost an after thought by the restaurant.
Very entertaining ,great service and the food prepared for us was really delicious ! It is a wonderful venue for a special family meal.We will continue to recommend it . This was our second Father's Day that we celebrated here.
Fantastic food and service. A very enjoyable night . Restaurant looked fantastic. Very talented chefs .loved the interaction with the cusstomers . Will definitely be back .
Fun restaurant and great value for money. Food was delicious. Took our 3 kids with us and they really enjoyed the experience and they tried all the food.
Just bad. The food was not cooked the way we wanted it even though we told the chef. Stupid games are plaid with the customers and the atmosphere is just not good.
Disappointing that the rice was cold and not cooked in front of you. Standards have dropped substainally as have been going there for 17 years.
Absolutely awesome fun for a group.... we went there for our 9 yr olds bday and had a great time, would recommend it to anyone!!
Was great!! We celebrated my daughters 13th Birthday there she and her friends absolutely loved it!! The service was wonderful only drawback is that they are renovating at the moment
The chef and the food was quite good. The service was clumsy. A bit too pricey. Left the place with a feeling of average. No split bills which is very inconvenient when your bill is over $500.
We went for the entertainment factor, and the food was good. But the place looks like its a slap bang job, not maintained, and the way they just get you 'in and out' is a spoiler. The food came out way too fast, to the point where i had 3 dishes waiting for me, so by the time I could eat them, it was cold. Probably wouldn't waste your time if you want some decent Japanese.,.
