Ginza Teppanyaki

What a great evening. Great staff, great food, great night.

We took our 4 kids Aged 7-13. They loved the food and had a ball. It was such a fun family night out. Staff were friendly and very attentive.

Food was excellent and entertaining but the service was not up to the same level as the waiting staff had trouble keeping up with the simple drink orders.

Slow service. Quality not as good as it use to be

Have been here a few times...food is always cooked to perfection! The staff definitely didn’t seem like they could keep up at my most recent visit which meant we waited over an hour for anyone to even start cooking. Food was also forgotten in the rush and served towards the end. The only other thing I can say is previous times I have been depening on who you get some put on More of a show than others which can also let it down when you don’t get a good show on the grill. Overall you won’t be disappointed and try to avoid going on a public holiday so you get a better experience!

Always fun. Service was a little confused particularly around drink orders.

Would highly recommend! A fantastic evening with some delicious food. Seems a bit pricey but really getting dinner and a show. Really great service.

Disappointing, very expensive and felt so rushed to eat our meal. Food was lovely but for price didn’t expect to be out within 40mins.

We had a great time at Ginza. The service is amazing and the food was delicious. We had lots of fun trying to catch egg in our mouth and catching our rice bowls. I would highly recommend.

After being recommended by relative felt it didn't quite measure up to our previous experience at another teppanyaki restaurant The food was really good but I think the menu 3 was a little bit over priced for the meal

Absolutely fantastic evening! Amazing food and fabulous entertainment and service. Something everyone should experience when in Melbourne. If you’re going to do Teppanyaki, you must go to Ginza.

Dinner was great however we called and made plans for my girlfriends birthday and it was missed on the night. Not a massive deal, but would have been perfect otherwise

Excellent food,great atmosphere and service. Great company at the table too. We had setenu 1 and 3 and werr fully satisfied. Waitresses were friendly and efficient and the Dragon crrw came on to perform.

Loved the atmosphere and the lovely workers there, always with a smile on there faces. Would definitely recommend the place and go back there again.

Entertaining chefs. Not good value for money for the price, quality and portion served. Good selection of drinks. They allocated too many people in one table. Not very comfortable.
