Really great food! Awesome relaxed environment and really fun too 😁

2nd time visit and still great food they do flames in front of you and get u to catch egg in mouth and catch 8 bowls been thrown to u great if u never been before

Food was high quality and service was good. However, we felt very rushed and we were asked to leave the table immediately after the last course. We felt like they wanted to clean the tables and get the next group in too quickly.

Really great food. Lunch specials are very generous portions and the cooking is always fun to watch - good selection of wine a sake and was perfectly fine for our 6 year old boy Staff very attentive and helpful - great experience

We (party of 8) arrived on time but had a bit of a wait. Teppanyaki Set 4 is quite adequate and the ingredients were very fresh. The chef, though young and not Japanese, was quite skilful, cheerful and got us all involved which was fun. Pricing is not the cheapest. Overall an enjoyable night.

3rd time here and Always dishes up great food, we have made this our go to restaurant when we visit from the Mornington peninsula. Thanks

The chef was skillful and interactive with the customers, the waitresses were very attentive and professional. A great show with great food and great customer service.

Great experience . Went for dinner with friends and everyone thouroughly enjoyed themselves. We had the first menu choice which was just right for size.

We really enjoyed going to Gina. The service was excellent, the food was very nice and it was great entertainment. What more could you want.    

First time to Teppanyaki restaurant We love it and we will certainly go again ... great service and yummiii food Very recommended to everyone who likes Japanese food

The fried rice was not part of the teppanyaki experience but was served separately. We specifically ordered a pot of Japanese green tea but was served Jasmine Chinese tea (in a tea bag, not tea leaves), and was overpriced. It was uncomfortable as the seats were too close to each other.

Great fun, good food well cooked, but the order it was served in was odd and drinks very expensive. Couple mix ups at the table but they were sorted quickly.

Great atmosphere and theatre. A real experience. The staff are friendly and the food is great. we always brings overseas and interstate visitors to this restaurant.

Great experience for anyone who hasn’t had Teppanyaki before, prices were reasonable but would only do it once and that’s it as it’s more entertainment than anything else

Meal felt rushed as they were trying to quickly turn tables. Waitress was hopeless. Food was ok but mostly meat after meat, no veggies with dishes.

Like most teppanyaki restaurants, they make you have a set menu and it is expensive. We weren’t as impressed this time as on previous 2 visits. However, it is good place for first timers to experience teppanyaki.

A reat place to go for delicious food and an enjoyable time. Also great for kids to have a bit of fun with food. Will definitely be back

Price for food and the amount you actually get is overpriced also as soon as the chef left we were still eating and asked to move, they could have at least waited till we finished our food!!!

Great prices, fantastically cooked food and alot of fun trying to catch your rice and egg throwen by the cook off the hot plate. Great fun for kids

It is a fun hour, but once you have eaten you are moved on fairly rapidly, also you do not get to eat to much for what you pay.

Very good food, and a fun experience for my 20th birthday. Were in a private room due to having 14 people, felt this took away from the atmosphere a bit.

It was a good place and at a reasonable price. Good for kids and the "games" at the end were fun. Our chef didn't talk that much.

Fantastic night, the grandchildren loved it (so did we).Very child friendly. The food was excellent especially the Wagyu. Great entertainment although the kids may have picked up some bad habits throwing food!

Booking system good. Food quality 9 quantity 6 service 8 overall 7.5. Selected Banquet Menu 3 &5. It was a good night overall with some light fun, tasty food but a bit short on quantity for the price.

Ordered the $80 set menu and the food was delicious but it was all cooked/put on our plate too quickly. I felt like it was being forced down out throats and we didn't get time to enjoy each element. The whole experience was over in about 15 minutes and for that reason I wouldn't pay the same amount again for the experience.

Staff were polite, service was excellent and fun experience. The restaurant was beat and clean. The food were first class. Would have like it if there was more selection of available wine.

Very disappointed as was my hubbys. Bday and first time at a teppanyaki and service was not pleasing. Had to buy a set menu for son who didn’t want to eat or eat anything. Staff were rude and not accommodating. I had to ask for drink order to be taken. I asked for kids activity packs. Won’t be going here again.

Service was extremely poor. Our drinks were forgotten to be brought out on more than one occasion despite ordering from several different waitresses. To top it all off at the end of the night when it was time to pay, the waitress had given us the wrong bill but didn’t tell us. It was only until our party of 8 was about to leave that we were rudely stopped at the door and accused of leaving without paying. Once I produced the receipt as proof, I was told that because I didn’t check the it she had punched in the wrong table. Which doesn’t make remotely any sense. Why would it be the customers job to make sure you have the correct table? I could understand if I provided the wrong table number, but even so, it’s the restaurants responsibility to ensure they confirm that with their own staff, otherwise it would mean anyone can get the tables wrong and there would be chaos. To top it all off, no apologies for the mix up, just a very straight forward pay the bill just more blaming on our part. Still in shock on how they handled the whole situation. Will not return.

This was our 2nd time to ginza and we weren’t disappointed. I am a very fussy eater but everything was cooked to perfection. Definitely recommended and we will go again.

Food and service good, but was slow to bring our wine and then as soon as we had been finished eating we were pushed out.

A really lovely gem of a restaurant, my first Teppanyaki in Melbourne and will not be my last. Good quality food prepared and cooked in front of your eyes. The place has a really good modern clean feel to it and the staff are fantastic.

You can trust them good food service taste and experience. drinks are pricey but that’s standard in the city i guess so yeah i give it a good rating

Such a fun atmosphere at Ginza. Food is delicious and service is great. The talented chefs are very entertaining. Highly recommend for a group of 4 or more.

Very good food. Just disappointed we had the rice and veggies after the meat and not with it. Just a personal preference. Otherwise, we had a fun and memorable evening! Once again, the food was great!

We had a great time. The food was fresh and tasty. The cooking was highly entertaining and engaging. The only disappointment was that a number of the people at our table were rushed at the end of our session.
