Good variety of food on the menu and the restaurant is spacious to not trap the Smokey bbq air

The quality of meat much better than your average buffet standard. Staff very friendly and quick service. The only down turn is the time allowed there. 100 minutes is way too quick for buffet to be enjoy. Feels like racing with time.

They didn’t bring out all the food that we ordered. We had to keep asking for more.

The food quality is good. Staffs are friendly. It didnt get 6 stars because: - they didn’t clear our table when all the empty dishes stack up. luckily 2 of us were seated at a 4 persons table so we just set the empty dishes aside - the order size is not consistent. On our first round we order 2 serves of everything and they gave us 2 pieces of everything. when we order our 3rd serving, we order 2 serves and they gave us 2 x 3 = 6 serves of everything - waiters didnt know where food needs to go, a few times they walked past us a few times and then come back with our food. Once, we ordered two serves of scallop and they only delivered one and when we questioned the waiter literally took it from the previous table where she had put down and straight on to our yakiniku grill. - waiting time is not consistent, so please time your food ordering time because 100 minutes will pass quickly.

Quite disappointed with the service tonight. We did the premium buffet menu for a table of 6. For the final order we wanted 5 scoops of black sesame ice cream per person which we were looking forward to. After having the waiter confirm the amount and clarifying that leftover food will be penalised, another waiter came to reject our order. He told us he can only give us a total of 5 scoops as they wanted to save the rest for other customers. We had to negotiate back and forth until he came back to say the manager said 10 scoops in total was final. This meant 1.5 scoops per person. This reasoning was unreasonable as we paid $400+ for a BUFFET. The menu didn’t specify any limits on the ice cream. He told us we can order some vanilla instead. I asked to speak to the manager but he refused to directly speak to us. After a solid 15 minutes of negotiating, the waiter only gave us 10 scoops of black sesame ice cream and the remainder in taro flavour which wasn’t on the menu. We were very disappointed as the artificially flavoured and coloured taro ice cream just tasted like sugar. Very upset about the lack of professionalism from staff and the manager. Buffet restaurants should be prepared to actually let customers enjoy their experience and order till they’re full. The reason provided was unreasonable and the restaurant shouldn’t be run if they don’t want customers to order. Portion limits were included for 2 other menu items but not this. We’ve actually eaten here 3 times in the last fortnight however, we will not be returning after this horrific experience.
