Incredible food and great staff. Reasonable pricing for a lot of food. Beautiful and accessible location as well. Will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend the honey mustard fried chicken, and the pork chive dumplings.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with great attentive service. The staff were really accommodating and recommended a great selection of dishes to try. The food was absolutely delicious!! I loved everything and the dishes came out quite quickly. Since hearing and reading great reviews of this place I couldn’t wait to try it, it did not disappoint! I will definitely be back. Great to have this gem in Frankston

Delicious food, great ambience and really good service. Thoroughly enjoyed. Definitely worth a try if you live in the Frankston area. Lots of available parking nearby. Do yourself a favour!!

The set menu was great value- a great way to try a variety of Korean cuisine! Everything was fresh and delicious. Great service - would definitely come again!

The staff are happy friendly and polite. There was a long wait on meals. Must have been at least 40 mins for a table of three. We were late to the show we were going to afterwards.

Being full on a Sunday night is a great sign, shame they were understaffed and it reflected in the experience and the food. I'd like to try again and see if it was an off night

Expensive but nice. Have visited twice now. Not really a cheap place to take family. $300+ bill for 4 adults and 2 kids under 6

First time at this restaurant and it won't be the last. The food was excellent and the service was good. Our main was cooked in front of us, and like all the dishes served nice and hot.

The food was fantastic, Our waitress was new to the restaurant but on it! Only advice - just don't sit near the toilet door :-(

I had been dying to go here for ages and after last night the wait was worth it. The staff were friendly and helpful with great service. The food was amazing, fresh and incredibly tasty, and having it cooked at your table was an extra treat. For a Thursday night it was relatively busy but service certainly didn’t suffer for it. Will definitely be going back.

Food was great as always. Never disappointed, highly recommend the spicy pork BBQ and chilli fried chicken. Brings a nice touch of Korea to Melbourne’s South East.

Very reasonably priced set bbq menus. $40pp for the regular which was more than enough to fill my partner and I. Will definitely be back to try the Korean fried chicken.

Great food, good service. We had the set menu and there was lots of food and all options were delicious. Good value for money. They are fully licenced so only down fall was we bought a bottle of wine but because there was only 2 of us weren’t able to take the remainder of the bottle home.

The best Korean food we've ever eaten! The staff are all switch d on and accommodating and friendly too! Run by a champion of a bloke with beautiful decor furnishings everywhere . We would highly recommend anybody to get out of their comfort zone and eat at this amazing restaurant. We'll definitely be regulars here.

Great spot alongside the creek, indoor or outdoor dining. Staff are friendly and efficient. Service prompt. We asked them to slow down the pace of the banquets dishes coming out, not a problem. Food was delicious.

Geonbae is the right mix of great food, service and theatre. The BBQ is fun and delicious and their house beer very drinkable. Would definitely go back.

Always good value, a little under the pump tonight meaning the chicken took forever! But still worth it and take home left overs. Introduced a new convert tonight.

Food was delicious. We had bbq beef with the croquettes. The best ever food. The ice cream tasting plate was a perfect finish. Will definitely be going back.

It was very loud and too busy for the amount of staff We had isssues with 3 of the dishes Mainly the potatoe croquettes come out frozen inside as we broke one open for our granddaughter and they recooked the same ones this is not good

Been twice and fantastic both times. Significantly better than the other Korean BBQ's we have been to. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable; the food is plentiful and tasty and the atmosphere is excellent.

Visited for a friends birthday and couldn’t be happier with our night. We had a banquet as we hadn’t had Korean before and wanted to try a bit of everything. It was absolutely delicious and the staff where very friendly and accommodating. Definitely be back soon.

Absolutely LOVED our dinner here tonight! Have heard great things and it surely didnt disappoint. Staff were so friendly and helpful, the decor/atmosphere super cool and the food....AMAZING! We shared the one of the banquets and the serving sizes were so generous we needed to be rolled out! The BBQ was great, cooked on our own little hotplate on the table....cant choose a favourite dish so we will definitely be back!

Not a lot of value for the price. We opted for the bbq banquet for $40pp for three people. The dumplings and pancakes were great, but for the main meal, we had a small amount of pork, a smaller amount of beef, three thin slices of sweet potato and two slices of zucchini and a small bunch of mushrooms for three people! Not a lot of value for money

Really enjoyed this place, food was good, had a good variety for vegetarians and non vegetarians. Service was good and meals came out pretty quick. Would be a good place to visit with a group of mates especially if ordering from the menu that gets cooked at your table in front of you.

Friendly staff. Limited range of options for vegetarians. Disappointed there was no BBQ option for vegetarians. Dessert obviously came out of a box in the freezer. Probably wouldn't return.

This was a fun worthwhile visit to a restaurant which had a lovely ambience and good food. The waiting staff were very thorough stepping us first timers through the menu. We will come back for sure.

Best place. Friendly staff. Great service. Amazing food. Just wish that the meals were a bit cheaper. $50 per person for a small amount of meats is uh a bit much. However i'd still come back for special occasions.

We went to Geonbae today in Frankston for lunch, my daughter requested that we go for her 15th birthday - she loved it, we will be back - beautiful food, so filling & delicious.
