Delicious food, friendly staff and lovely bright space. Only downside was that we felt a but rushed... some might appreciate the speed of service; however, we felt that we were being rushed so that the table could be turned over.

Wow simply amazing! We drove 48km to try this restaurant and it certainly lived up to the hype! Amazing food and amazing staff! Met the owner of the business too! My fiancé is Korean and she thought the food was delicious! Can’t wait to go back!

Great food Service is good but they are rushing you too much. I really don't like it when staff hover to take your plate away. I want to feel relaxed when at a meal. It's not good value for money for the bbq food. Very expensive for what you get. Quality of food is very good. Menu is confusing. We will be back but only on special occasions.

Our experience at Geonbae is always fantastic - we had the whole chicken, bimbimbap and pa jeon and all dishes were absolutely delicious

Took my wife there for her birthday. I was expecting tongue with lemon juice dip and kalbi and Japanese style Yakiniku but this place was not a Japanese Yakiniku, it was Korean and very nice. The rib unfortunately never got hot enough to cook so that wasn't eaten...everything is done for you which was annoying because we would have kept the heat on a bit longer to cook the food. The squid was very tender and delicious. The fried chicken was very good also but make sure you have plenty of napkins...can get messy. Overall, very nice but could do with more of a selection of meats and dips. The unlimited Korean pickles dishes were nice.

Fresh and delicious food, good size servings, great variety and very friendly and attentive service. We will be back.. with more friends!

We had a fabulous dinner! The variety banquet was sensational, with dishes cooked at our table by our waiter, who was great by the way and so much food (we have lunch tomorrow as they gave us our leftover chicken in takeaway containers). Korean fried chicken lived up to the waiter’s description of kfc chicken but better. Beef Bulgogi was delicious and cooked to perfection. Definitely going back to try other dishes.

My daughter wanted to try somewhere new for her birthday, and we found this absolute gem! The staff were welcoming and very kindly explained how Koreans do BBQ - the banquet was fabulous. We’ll be back!!
