I love eating at G2. The atmosphere is nice and staff are great, food is excellent. Only downside, there is not enough room on tables to fit all the food side dishes and drinks. And you can feel a little rushed to eat as all the food comes out fast. But I still love it here.

The wait staff kept teling me to wait 5 minutes after 5 minutes. We were waiting for 30 minutes and they told us to wait outside. Not a good hospitality and the staff was so unfriendly

The kimchi jjigae was the best! The bbq was okay plus the service's really good.

The meals were great, service was pretty quick. The staff were really friendly. There wasn't much of an issue with dining. Everything was pretty good in general.

really the worst experience ever in G2. i guess the chef has been changed. the food was rubbish. seafood chowder was not fresh at all. pork set was rubbish with limited amount of pork, overly pickled, and it just tasted bad. seafood chowder was surprisingly salty which made me and my friends sick. the service was probably one of the worst in melb as well. we went upstairs and the waitress set our table up without providing water for the first half an hour until we asked for it. she also forgot to give us spoons for soup. it was really hard to get waiters attention too. i would never go back again. it used to be one of my fav late night restaurants. but not anymore.

Staffs are friendly and very attentive. We shared a large spicy seafood soup, which tasted good. Will go back again. Recommend to try if haven't been there.

Feels like we’re put in an isolated position of the store (i.e. in the very corner and I don’t have the bench that is uniform to the other tables). Other than that, it was a perfect experience and the food was great.

Booked a table for 4, greeted by friendly and prompt staff. We were seated upstairs, it got a little muggy and because the windows were closed but eventually they opened it half an hour into our meal. The food came out quite quickly except the rice which we had to ask a few times, perhaps because it was quite busy. Staff cooked our meats on the stove and were attentive. Food was delicious, we ordered the pork set and bulgogi meat.

G2 was a lovely place for my friends and I to have lunch, the service was fast and the people were very nice. It was our first time having Korean BBQ so they offered to do it for us. The food was delicious and didn't fail to impress. Would definitely go again.

this place has some good food! it's also really great for groups, with nice service. it's not too expensive either, so if you're looking for a good deal, you found it.

Great food staff were also exceptional little pricey for the size of the meals also got caught out with the extra surcharge if you don't pay by cash .

Good food for reasonable prices. It is fairly loud inside upstairs though. With the addition of some wall panels the interior noise could be drastically reduced.

Nice place for girls night out or group night out. 3 of us ordered bbq pork and steak and pancakes. Overall food are nice but quite pricey.
