Food was good, service was extremely slow, not all the meals came in close time to each other.Six meals ordered, some came twenty minutes later than each other; was a shame as it was a birthday lunch.One if the meals had a portion missing from the plate and thus had to wait longer for that to be made,one didn’t come until everyone else had finished. Drinks were then ordered after our meals, again took a longer amount of time; such that all the coffees and hot chocolates were finished before the last drink, a milkshake,had arrived. Great for cafe style quick bite meal; but not for a family meal.

We booked a table of 18. We chose this place because it was kid friendly but also had vegan options as many of us are vegan. Disappointingly when the waitress came to take order we were advised then the only vegan option they had was not available. We then had to go through the menu and modify which is an expensive way to eat as we take many things off and nothing is offered in replace nor is any discount given. So very disappointing and no we will not be back nor will I recommend it. People who choose not to support animal cruelty should not be disadvantaged. Vegan food is so simple - just take off the dead animal, diary and cheese. So simple.

My family and I have been here several times but today was a disappointment. Food was average and one meal had to be returned as it came out cold. It came back to the table in a matter of minutes and was still barely warm. Not good enough.

The food was delivered hap hazard, too much time delay between serving all six adult meals, I had finished my meal before the two children meals were delivered and they were only pancakes. Your restaurant was busy but that is no excuse for really poor service. I had to ask 3 times where the kid meals were. I wont be coming back in a hurry and never on a Saturday afternoon.

Have been several times for lunch with a group of workmates - this has been the worst. No waitress until i had to find someone 10minutes after arrival had prebooked table for 10 we had 9; food then took additional 35mins to arrive; when we went to pay lady complained wheb we wanted to pay individually and i mentioned we always have, her reply was well we are busy. Not thw best sevice

Booked a table and it was confirmed although when I arrived, they didnt seem to have a table ready and just shoved a party of 3 in a table for two facing a wall and just grabbed a seat from an adjoining vacant but uncleaned table. Booking app didnt allows us to select a seat to choose one with views of the pond although there seemed to be seats available. I assumed as these were the lovelier spots, people that took the time to book would be allocated to these tables first? amount of chips on a plate was pretty poor (approx a small size of maccas fries) for the price you pay. One dish had seasoning on the chips, the other didnt. Where is the consistency? Also there was a lot of wait staff, it wasnt very busy (as busy as I have seen it during Mothers Day, but it still took a while to get someones attention to place an order.

The portion size has drastically reduced since the last time I went here which was November last year.

Always great quality food, fast. Brilliant indoor park for the kids, can feed the ducks too, and it's a beautiful setting.

Great atmosphere, good food. Staff are very friendly but A small negative is the table service, we received our food before our drinks, then had to remind the wait staff twice about our drinks. Otherwise an overall pleasant experience.

Food and service is always great here, we had a lovely time. It was packed because it’s Easter Sunday but they were still able to accomodate for a stroller.

Good overall experience. Didn’t like the mention that I could leave a tip when paying for my bill via eftpos, most people will leave a tip without prompting if they want too.

We drove for 1 hour and 20 minutes to dine at Frankie’s and would do it again! Quality of food was great, staff extremely friendly and helpful, very family friendly with the open play area for children. Fantastic experience

I have been there few times and always amazed by the food, environment and staff!!! Just superb

Service was poor having raise my hand to get attention to he served not just after being seated but during our meal. Food was very bland and lacked flavour. Risotto was over cooked and everything over priced.

Love it as usual. Did notice the price rise in the new menu.

Staff very accommodating - especially as the table we booked was initially on the outside and when I asked if we could move - absolutely no issue.

Regular customers, booked as usual arrived early only to be told no table ready. Sat and waited at another table inside for a table to be cleared. Watched others in the que get seated outside before us, some without bookings. Finally after asking for the fourth time we were moved to a two seat table with four of us squished in. Ordered food which then took an hour and forty five minutes to arrive after asking several times what was happening with our food. Cold food presented. The place was very disorganised with waitresses running around not knowing what was going on, making promises they weren’t keeping not only to us but others we heard complaints from nearby. Very disappointed with the service and our food, it couldn’t have been any worse of an experience.

This is our favorite place as our family enjoys it a lot, it is a bit pricy but the portions are right.

40 no items from ordering to receiving meals. All drinks had been consumed. Staff just shrugged and said "we're busy" . Yet both tables near us, were seated after we ordered and received their meals and drinks before our table.
