We had very pleasant and efficient service. The food was good and arrived quickly. The heating in the cafe was much appreciated as was a very cold night. I would recommend this fish cafe.
Very nice freshly cooked meal and friendly staff. We will be back. They are open seven days so you can count on them beimg open.
The Sword Fish was delicious, perfectly cooked, and the Slaw is delicious. The Children's menu is quite comprehensive, and looked well presented, appealing to a child. The service was a bit slow, but that could be explained by the fact that the Restaurant was VERY busy, a good sign. I have been to Fourth Fish a few times, and the food has been consistently good, would highly recommend it.
Excellent customer service -in particular from Juan. Food was great and value for money. Will certainly come back / recommend this cafe to anyone who loves quality seafood.
Food was great and fish was nicely cooked and sides were great. Service was a bit slow as we waiting a long time for our meals.
Not an extensive menu however the food and wine were good. Barramundi was beautifully cooked and sweet potato chips were delicious. It was pleasant sitting outside under cover. Service was good. Reasonably priced.
Love this place - the food is such a good price and very tasty. Good atmosphere was well in the piazza area. Well worth a visit.
The food was excellent & the staff provided good service. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. It's just a shame that the restaurant is right next to the mall's outdoor eating area, kids were running amuck, screaming & at one stage a child fell onto our table. This went on until 9 pm.The restaurant has a awnings separating them from the mall, however in between the gaps kids where playing with pretend guns which had automatic gun sounds shouting at the restaurant patrons. I know it's not the restaurants fault, just a shame where they are positioned. Having said that we will give it another go.
The food and staff are great. Nothing was to hard for them and we were not rushed, just a great casual little restaurant. Have recommended it already.
Whenever we have been to Fourth Fish the food it fresh, hot and really nicely cooked. The staff are efficient and courteous always, and we leave having enjoyed a satisfying, tasty meal.
Food, service, location excellent in all respects. Friendly attentive staff looked after us with respect and humour. Highly recommend Fourth Fish to all seafood lovers.
On a particularly hot evening we visited Fourth Fish and were greeted with smiles despite our wanting to change our table to one that was out of the evening sunlight. We were served very promptly and we all enjoyed our meals. We will certainly make a return visit to this restaurant.
on reserving I mentioned we had a disabled person with us. They choose a table that made it very easy. The fish and oysters we had were very fresh and cooked well. Thankyou
I found the staff to be cheerful and pleasant. The food was of a of high standard. The Take-away orders are quick and freshly cooked.
We always enjoy the evening at Fourth Fish in Lane Cove. The fish is fresh and cooked just right and the value for money is excellent. The service is never anything but friendly and efficient. However, this Friday evening past, we were disappointed because we could not hear ourselves speak. There was an extremely loud video presentation showing right next-door to the restaurant and the volume was unbearable. I hope the restaurant is able to prevent this from occurring in the future.
Always a pleasant experience. Food is lovely and very reasonably priced. The fish pie is my favourite. Our table also had the flathead, John Dory, popcorn prawns (kids favourite) and fish and chips. Coffee and dessert (try the lemon tart or pan a cotta) to finish up.
The tiny bottles of champagne are a great idea and great price too! Soft shell crab sliders are a tasty entree to share if you don't want to ruin your appetite. Beautiful weather to top it off!
