Espetus Churrascaria

Overcharged for a vegetarian - took a while to serve us a vegetarian meal, despite asking three times. Food was very repetitive at first, and it wasn't until towards the end a range was coming out. Food is great otherwise!

The service is very slow. Had to constantly ask for things. They would come to the table with not enough for the whole table and didn’t have most of the items on the dessert menu. Also no atmosphere they only put music on while they were trying to get us to leave

The food here is amazing. I brought friends back for a birthday on Saturday and I think they were short staffed on service so everything took longer but it didn't affect the quality of food. recommend going during the week when it's quieter.

The wait staff did nothing for the restaurant. Waiting 45 minutes for a drink, or any kind of service was appalling. The only good thing about the restaurant was the food. However, it was a horrible experience all together. Dessert then took another 30 minutes to come out, and it was a simple dish to prepare. They only had one person on the bar, when they needed a minimum of 4. Do I think it was worth the $45pp? No!

Terrible Service with an empty restaurant on a quite night, average meats, soggy over dressed salads Watched a couple ask 5 times for there drinks but staff were unable to speak English clearly. Ain’t what it used to be.

$45 all you eat bbq meat description doesn't seems accurate at all. In 2 hours i have been only served only 5 pieces of meat 🙁one fried banana and one roasted pineapple. Wow what a rip-off deal

I consider my husband and I both experts in churrascarías and this is by far one of our favorites. Take away all the fluff and nonsense of the traditional ones and you get quality taste, exquisite and juicy flavors with a laid back atmosphere. This is a must taste place for all you carnivores out there. And make sure you try their kiwi caipirinha! It is crisp, fresh and satisfying.

I have been to Espetus twice. The first time, everything was wonderful. The second time, the food was good - but we struggled to get any. In total, we managed to get three measly serves of meat in the first hour after being seated - one chicken heart, a small slice of pork and a small slice of beef. Similarly, we waited for half an hour after being seated to waive somebody down to order drinks. We had to ask twice before our orders were taken. It then took half an hour for 3 of the 4 drinks we ordered to come, with the last only coming after another 15 minutes after we chased it up. The issue is that we were in a table in the middle of the room, but wait staff continually approached the tables at the outside of the room, who would busy them with orders or take all of the food on the plates they held. We left hungry and disappointed after a number of hours. I am unlikely to return, which is a shame.

Serving foods very slow, we have to keep asking for a top up and yet the request will be ignored. We had to ask again. It was a very annoying experience that night.

Nice meat choices and the sides were tasty too - especially the potato and Caesar salad. Please be prepared when you enter the women’s toilets - they are really gross. One is broken, another was so dirty it was unusable and the third is only usable in desperation! We arrived when they first opened so clearly the toilets aren’t a high priority for cleanliness!!

Very good restaurant kind. Good meat quality but poor drinks , as cocktails were plenty of ice and little alcoholic the caipirinha. Service a little poor sometimes (maybe due of the crowd evening) as we requested several time the waitress same things. Worth price for the menu all you can eat Nice environment, with modern style and fancy furnitures. There are large and small tables but tight in space, anyway perfect for groups or events .

Went on a quite week night, plenty of great tasting meat on offer. Awesome steak and chicken wings. Great food and Great Service

Good value, good location, good food; however uncomfortable seating (stools) and hard to get individual service as staff are busy doing the rounds with the share plates. I dropped food in my water glass and asked for another but it was forgotten, waitress saw my son drop his knife on the floor but too busy serving to offer a clean one.

Amazing service. Asked if booking could be pushed earlier and was kind enough to accommodate at last minute.

We were seated near the payment counter and really felt neglected in the second half of our 1 hour meal. There wasn't much food coming our way so we mostly sat and stared at the waiters and kitchen staff. I used to recommend this place to friends but after the way we were treated last night, I'm afraid that was the last. Thank you for ruining a 30th birthday.
