Dandenong Pavilion restaurant

Been coming here since it was called the Keg. A big improvement and great atmosphere.

Dinner was so good. Service was great and always friendly staff. Thank you for being amazing guys.

I had mixed skewers chicken was fine lamb was tough and dry I couldn’t eat it. It was disappointing for the price.

Calamari had more pepper and less salt than usual and seemed a little bland. The wings this time were cooked beautifully. Staff member wore clothing that didn't cover her mid section exposing at least 15cm of bare skin, it wasn't a very professional look for a restaurant.

Honestly Dandenong Pavillion never dissapoints, its a nice restuarant with good food and fantastic customers service close to home. It'll always be a winner in my books.

The garlic prawns was really good. In fact i ate it all. The mac and cheese was too cheesy, barely touched it. The lamb shank was lacked of flavour and needs more gravy, and mashed potato was dry and tasteless.

Food was great…. But was not happy with the service, we were rushed to finish our meal and at one point the waiter actually tried to take the bowl of food which we still had not finished. Then the person at the counter gave us the bill and said the next sitting is here. Had a friend come there first time and she said it will be her last.

Happy returning Customer .....Bringing with us another couple to introduce the restaurant to ....they were absolutely AMAZED on all levels as we feel SO confident to share/introduce our friends ....... Apparently 50+yrs ago it was called The Windsor & the male of our couple, his sister married there at that time...... Will be back within 3-4weks with another set of mates that knew of the venue way back in the earlier days of Dandenong...... Again our thanks & we'll see you again soon ! Michelle B

The food quality and taste has declined rapidly since the last time i visited Unfortunately. Me and my partner were so excited to visit as our last time to wine and dine for a couple of months and we chose D Pav as we had a fantastic experience the last time we came which was about a year ago. The food was tasteless, the honey roasted vegetables just tasted like frozen vegetables that were defrosted and definitely didn’t taste like honey or roasted. The steak wasn’t rendered and flavourless. The mushroom sauce was not bad. Service was great but me and my partner were approached a few too many times in the time we were there and it felt like we didn’t have longer than 5 minutes where we weren’t approached to check how our food was and if we needed anything and we do like our privacy and have no problem asking for service if we do need it. Overall experience was okay but we dont feel like we will be coming back any time soon.

Every time myself and my friends eat at the Pavilion we are always greeted with a friendly smile by the wonderful staff who make our stay very enjoyable. The menu has a great variety of food not overwhelming just enough and yummy. Hence us always coming back to this great place.
