We hd a lovely experience at crinitis. We were served by Tom he was very friendly and great service by him.
The staff are nice enough but just not customer focused. We waited way too long to have our order taken and so did other customers too. Even when I got someone’s attention, it took them 10mins or longer to come over. It wasn’t busy, it was 2.45pm. The pasta came first and then our 3 other meals came 30mins later!
Delicious ribs and overall a lovely atmosphere and service 😍
They are so consistent with their food and service. Always happy to return to Crinitis at Southbank.
Love the atmosphere and food at Crinitis, staff very friendly 😃

Average food, nothing to crave to come back any time soon
Great Service. Thanks for a great experience. Will be back.
We visit this place every time we come to Melbourne.
Great choice of food and cocktails, amazing and friendly customer service! Absolutely LOVE coming here and the environment is so lively!
Good pizza was a bit oily but overall pretty good
The service was worst and food was not that great
Food came out late and tasted okey. Wasn’t worth the money.
Great food serves and quality.Taste is amazing. It was definitely worth the visit.
This is a great restaurant,we celebrated the birthday for our friend, however,no body gave us any water or even asked us if we need any water until we finished our dinner and had to ask.
Noisy, food bad , oyster’s overcooked , pizza sloppy in the middle
Good experience as usually, we will book another time when we will be in Melbourne
Great food. Great atmosphere. Watched our food being prepared and cooked. Massive menu to choose from.
We chose this restaurant to cater for food sensitivities. The service could definitely be better for our table of six. We had to ask for water, a salad server, cutlery, cheese and additional drinks. Pizza came first and went cold while the rest of the table waited for their pasta, which came in dribs and drabs, and eventually the final meal of scallopini. One diner nearly had the plate taken away mid-mouthful and had to protest to keep their dinner! At the end of the meal a waiter did apologise for the slow and haphazard service but there was all that was forthcoming. The food was pretty average- large servings of pretty ordinary food. I won't be coming back in a hurry.
Food and service was great. Always enjoyed Ceinitis and will be back again.
Food was delicious. Service was great and our food came out in a flash.
Lamb BBQ skewers were pretty bland with no taste whatsoever. Felt like meat was boiled before grilled? Only 1 small dip provided and no lemon either. It was nothing like Crinitis I had in Sydney.
Good restaurant, okay food, service was good was overall happy
One of our favourite places to eat. Food is always amazing
the aranchini was very filling. the variety of them were all good to eat.
Nice dining experience. Great food and location is very convenient.
Staff were very accomodating and food was delicious as always
Staff was extremely accomodating and helpful. Food is always delicious
Very disappointed with my visit , the food had no taste, bad customer service. Not like the other restaurants. Location is good through
This was our first time at this restaurant. It is a large and very busy venue with an extensive food and drinks menu. I decided to opt for a non alcoholic drink for a change and the fresh juice was fantastic. The food was pretty good and although the restaurant was very full, we did not wait long for the food to arrive.
Food was ok but for the price mmm … I got seafood Spaghetti and it kinda tasted like tin spaghetti and not all the seafood that was listed on the dish came and when I questioned they brought out dish with the ones missing on the side so they were just being lazy and for a $35-40 spaghetti….. cocktails were good but showed shared ones fancy and they just came in a plain jug .. won’t be coming again which is disappointing as it was for my graduation celebration :/
We had the 1 metre pizza and it was delicious!! very cool vibe of the place
All good as always good consistent Italian food worth a look on a visit to the area. Definitely worth a try.
Great place for a nice dine in and friendly service
Excellent service/food. Wait time is ok and vibe is perfect
Great food, great service and reasonable prices. Location in Southbank is very convenient (:
The wood fired pistachio pizza is so good! The best pizza I have in Melbourne!
Busy for a Sunday, surprised how quickly the food came out, all pizzas and cocktails were very tasty, the pasta was a bit bland, but overall experience not bad!
