Drinks and service were excellent and the food was good. However the venue is extremely loud so if the works for you go for it.

We had absolutely awesome food that was only surpassed by the outstanding service from our highly attentive waitstaff - we can't wait to go back

Staff very nice and helpful when needed but not always the right food came out. Offered to bring dessert menu to look at but never arrived. I was looking forward to finishing of the evening with a coffee. Meals were outstanding but the few little service mishaps were a little disappointing.

Cookie was an Awesome restaurant with great food, a simply amazing and extensive drinks and wine list and very cool vibe. The staff were really great too.

Cookie has a fantastic beer list, great food, and really hasn't skipped a beat in all the years it has been open. The dishes are quite filling so you can have a decent feed and drink for relatively little money.

Delicious, flavorsome food. Great service by friendly and helpful staff. Staff also gave helpful information about drinks and food. We didn't have to wait long for our food (we did have an early booking though).

Fantastic location the heart of the Melbourne eating....love the space, staff were superb and the food was fantastic. Great menu; fine wine list and only down side is noise levels can be a bit full on...no drama if you like the buzz but I also really love having a conversation with ease whilst enjoying a great meal.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, a great ambiance and feel to the place, love Thai food anyway so couldn’t fault it. Definitely go again and again..

As always the food is amazing however for the first time I was disappointed in the service. The waitress as always was lovely and insightful however it took nearly 40 mins for our wine which was left sitting on the bench for 10mins before someone bought it over. We sat down at 8.30am and our main course didn't come until 9.50pm so we were starving. It was a long time for the food and wine to reach out table which was disappointing as we had guest from the US with us and we wanted to take them to your venue as the food and service is normally outstanding.

I was asked to recommend a place for a Business Lunch, so I chose Cookie. The food was delicious, the staffs were very helpful and accommodating, and the ambience was great too! I was told that it was their 'best' Business Lunch! Well done Cookie!!

The food is fabulous and the atmosphere noisy and happy. The room is interesting and effective - good rooms are important in restaurants. I would definitely go again (when the West Coast Eagles win the AFL grand final again, that is).

Service was fabulous. Warm, friendly, helpful with suggestions and speedy. Couldn’t fault the service at all. The lighting however was too dark for me. Half the enjoyment of food is in the visual and I had to use the torch on my iPhone to find the 🌶 ‘s. I felt dishes were a bit pricey for what was offered and $17 for a glass of Cloudy Bay Sav Blanc? Whoah! Location very convenient for our CBD visit and a nice vibe.

Great wine and cocktail lists. Thai inspired menu with wide selection of delicious dishes in small, medium and large sizes ideal for sharing or for individual serve. Can be very noisy.

Cookie has Great service, an amazing rant of fab cocktails and delicious food! So much to choose from - second time going and definitely coming back.

It's a damn good thing I don't live in Melbourne because id be eating here way too frequently! The food is extremely tasty, the service amazing and the atmosphere quirky and fun.

Really good .. maybe a little pricey for the portioning. Also hard to conduct a night out with the 2 hour sitting limit. An extra 30mins would have made the difference. Great device from all staff.

This is the second time I have been here and I absolutely love it. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The food is delicious and the cocktails are the best! Will defs be back again soon.

As always great food and service. Just missed one star as we got there 10 minutes past our booking time but still had to wait for our table to be cleared.

The food was incredible! We did a ‘trust the chef’ as we couldn’t decide and it was just delicious! Absolutely will be coming back next visit to Melbourne!!

Food and service was excellent but noise level was a bit too high - it was hard to carry a conversation without also raising our voices which adds to the noise level. Perhaps some additional sound-proofing can help.
