Excellent customer service from booking, then excellent service when dining. Amazing food, so many flavors and delicious food. Lucky enough to get the balcony which was just lovely 😊

Food was authentic, spicy and full of flavour. Service was fun and attentive. The restaurant has a dark, playful vibe with a cool DJ playing disco and 80s funk. Was a fun night for a big group of friends. 10/10

Don’t like plastic plates, service was poor, didn’t even replace the plastic plates for the second course we would have appreciated advice on our order

Great food and drinks. Awesome vibe and very friendly and helpful staff make the experience of hanging out in this hip joint a pleasure to be at.

Great atmosphere and staff however the food was a bit of a let down. It is possible that we were on the wrong end of the night as our booking was quite late.

Excellent dishes and fun staff who were attentive to all at our table. Enjoyed the extensive wine list and wonderful array of dishes. Definitely a spot to return to very soon.

This is a Melbourne institution. Love the food, atmosphere and service! Great to get a balcony if you can on a summers day. The hidden cocktail bar is also worth a visit.

Very extensive Menu split into 3 categories small, medium and large plates. All Asian fusion and extremely delicious. We pick 4 plates and share with a bottle of wine. It’s a real treat eating beautifully tasty fresh food with an Asian spin on it. Always satisfied Always happy when we leave . The service is casual, professional . They don’t hover over your table , which we prefer.

Always great. Service impeccable, food delicious. No matter what the Occassion Cookie always delivers. I love the space- opens up behind a door up 2 dark flights of stairs- a great place to take visitors to Melbourne.

One of the best meals I’ve had! I loved everything about this place - the decor, the friendly waitstaff, the cocktails, and every single dish was amazing.

Service was slow but was good when we had it. No one attending to the tables or filling up empty cups of water. Staffing was low I suppose. Food was average. Nothing to rave about.

Didn’t have 2 of the beers and one of the dishes we wanted to order. All else was great especially the heat in the chillies

Meal was great but there was a bit of assumed tipping going on at the end there and we paid more in tip than we expected.

This is a high quality restaurant backed up with excellent service. An extensive menu and drinks list means that we have been there several times.

Good food and a great bar/atmosphere. Not easy to find but worth it when you do. Certainly a hidden gem frequented by lots of regulars.

We were placed in a quiet corner as requested, which was very appreciated as one of us is hearing impaired. Staff were very helpful & polite without being pushy. Food was fresh & delicious.

Awesome food, awesome service, reasonable prices. One of my favourite restaurants. The drinks menu is so huge you may take 10min just to choose your drink. Try the Pork Belly, delicious.

My booking was for 8pm. They specify you can only have table for 2 hours so I made another booking to have dessert at a different location for 10.30pm. We were a group of 6 so decided on a banquet. The first sight of any food was @9.15pm when several starters were brought out. I was a little concerned at this point so I advised staff several times about our departure time and was ensured all would be ok. Unbelievably It was 10.10 pm before they brought out 6 main dishes. It was not enjoyable trying to shove down food as quickly as possible so as to attempt to make our dessert booking. All in all, what food I ate was nice, but the service was unbelievably bad, and the place is ridiculously noisy. There are many good alternatives to this restaurant, and would choose any of them ahead of returning here!

Cookie always exceeds expectation. Beautiful buzz in the room, staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Perfectly located and suitable for lunch, dinner or simply for drinks.

Excellent food, wait staff were super attentive. They created a "feed me" menu for our table and everything was delicious and perfect amount to share between 6 persons. Cocktails were also delicious. Highly recommended.

Food was great, staff were friendly. When ordering drinks from the table they were a bit slow and few people didn't end up getting the drinks that were ordered. I would come back again

The food was amazing and the staff's service was absolutely brilliant. However the 2-hour sitting is not long enough, we had barely finished eating before being asked to finish drinks standing at the bar.

Food is amazing. Authentic, spicy and fresh. We enjoy the seafood platter with Thai red curry sauce and the drunk noodle. Spicy and delicious. We will be back as the menu is so big we want to try everything.

The restaurant provided great food. It also had a great ambiance. The service was exceptional and I'm sorry I didn't "catch" our waiters name as he was also very accommodating and obliging with his accurate suggestions. They were spot-on, as was his intuition of what we required. We will certainly be back.

fantastic food, great service. Food is a bit on the pricey side and we ordered everything to come as it was ready, but our "mains" probably took another 45 minutes to come.

Usually a great experience. Tonight was a bit meh due to brusque service. Table cleared too quickly, all dishes came out at once and we waited 20 minutes to get menus. Not the usual quality.
