This is a great venue. The food is of great quality and the service is fantastic. Great for a lunch spot, casual dinner or drinks.

Good food, good service and a cool atmosphere- just right for a dinner out. My only gripe was that the beer and wine list was so good, it was hard to decide what to have!

Lovely meals that were served very quickly and supported with a great drinks range of choice. I was very impressed with the balance of service where the waiters came at the required times.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Melbourne eight times now (chch, NZ is home). Cookie is always on the list of places we come to dine and have a few drinks. Service is pleasant and efficient, the food is amazing and the atmosphere always bubbly. Always recommending to friends and colleagues.

Great food, great venue and a lovely view to the trees on Swanston St, just a bit noisy for talking but highly recommend for the food and service.

Always wonderful here. Once again not disappointed. Pork Belly, Crispy Snapper, Duck Salad, Mussels with seafood.... topped off with a great Heathcote shiraz. Service attentive but always super friendly and casual.

Great atmosphere, amazing food and even better cocktails. This place is a must go to every time I visit Melbourne. Cannot recommend a visit here enough.

Great food and service. Definitely make a booking to though. Very loud but if you book for an early dinner the noise factor isn't too bad.

Waiter didnt take order properly and food didnt seem to be its usual standard. Very busy friday night so maybe stressed. Usually big fan..very noisy

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. We were in a bit of a rush and they were really accomodating, we were in and out in just over an hour and had feasted like kings during that time. Highly recommended!

Nice food good service great cocktail list and very extensive drinks menu with a large range of beers and wines ,after lunch we popped upstairs to the rooftop bar was very busy including a DJ .

It was really noisey hard to hear each other for dinner so we had to shout! Service was friendly but slow they need more staff. Food was delicious! Cocktail range was extensive!

The night was fantastic at Cookie greeted by buzzing atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff. Service was prompt and knowledgeable both for food and drink. Food was excellent.

Great food, extensive beer list and excellent service. They gave us beer tastings at the bar before dinner to try some of the beers on tap which was also great.

Amazingly extensive menu. Curries were delicious, as were the pork dishes. We also had a 'homemade' chinotto made as they had run out of chinotto.

Amazing vegan options that were very well explained! Would recommend the lotus root salad and the daikon dish! Super handy being able to book a table for 4.

Food was excellent ....certainly did not disappoint. Restaurant was buzzing however, staff were willing to discuss menu and offer assistance. They were handling a medical emergency last night but continued to look after their patrons. We love Cookie and think you do it really well.

Food was pretty good. Wine and cocktails were excellent. Service was ok - was expecting more of an upbeat and happy staff. Ours seemed a bit grouchy and unfriendly. A little too noisy for me but I'm sure others thought the noise level was fine.

The service was excellent as always and the food never disappoints. Thank you for a great evening. Looking forward to coming back again real soon.

Great service and a really interesting and HUGE wine, beer and cocktail list. Very accommodating even when our table grew to include and extra adult and child. The noisy vibe didn't worry us, sensational food.

Amazing food & service! The best Pad Thai I've ever had. The prawn crackers entree was tantalising on the taste buds as were the scallops. I will absolutely be coming back next time I visit Melbourne.

This was the perfect spot for a business lunch. The staff were extremely attentive and were very understanding of the wines and the food. Thoroughly recommend and look forward to going back here soon.

Amazing could have done with some more vodka cocktails but the red pork belly curry was amazing and so is the roti bread and the blue berry cocktail not quite sure of the name though

As always, the food was great and the service was friendly and attentive, but unfortunately the volume of the background music and fellow patrons shouting to be heard over it made conversation difficult.

Great food with lots of Asian flavor. If you love chili it's the place for you. Drinks menu and wine list is huge. Could have done with more wait staff.

Food is amazing, wait staff are helpful. Have the prawn and bamboo roce paper noodles for small dish - delicious. Little cocktail bar around the back is fabulous for pre or post meal drinks.

I've lost count of the number of times I've eaten at Cookie. It is an absolute favourite and staple in our Melbourne eat list. Fantastic and explosive flavours to delight the palate and lovely, knowledgeable service. As for drinks? There is something special for everyone. The funky, period loft style and energetic vibe keeps us coming back and back and back ..

We went here on a friday night and we had a great night: the fibe was good, the food was good and some yummy drinks.

Service was slow and lacking finesse. Food was ok but very heavy handed with the chili This is a buzzing place with loud music , with a good looking bar and a young vibe.

The food was delicious and staff were friendly and helpful. I really like the Fried chicken. It was very tasty, not oily, nice & tender
