Food was fresh and healthy, staff were excellent. Very busy venue so booking ahead is useful. Great range of cocktails too. Would recommend grabbing your girlfriends and heading here after a long day in the office.

Great restaurant, fantastic food, helpful staff and delicious margaritas. We had a group of about 15 for a birthday and everyone had the best time.

The vegan tacos were ok, but they were a bit plain. And very soggy. More vegan options and different flavors would be wonderful. Thank you.

I absolutely love this place the whole experience is fantastic. The food is amazing, friendly and professional service and the location for me is perfect.

Really delicious food as always! The crispy chicken burger is divine and an often go to favorite- always lovely and look forward to going just for that :)

The whole experience made my birthday very special. Food was amazing, cocktails were even better. Were able to accommodate a large group of people easily.

Helpful staff, quick service and tasty food = too easy! Our group was on the larger side, but that didn't seem to prove any problem (for such a small place, that's impressive).

The staff were excellent and the food was very good and very reasonably priced. Half priced cocktails during happy hour capped off a good night.

Fantastic range of food. Absolutely loved the taco board, you get to choose a few core proteins (fish, chicken etc) and they give you toppings and soft tacos!

A very place, seemed to be under-staffed in the kitchen though. Our waitress kept helping with food prep in the kitchen. We viewed some ones order sitting under the heat lamps for at least 5 minutes before being delivered to their table. The other thing we noted was - diners being sat on the outside bench and given what looked like a small foot stool as a table, that sat on the bench. We are guessing they are not allowed to put tables in the laneway area. The foot stool table was only big enough to hold one plate. If I had booked a table for 2 and got that - I'd be super peeved and leave. Food was pretty good though! And definitely worth the visit. Happy hour on cocktails were enjoyed by the drinkers on our table. We really liked that they could separate out the bill at the end too (no one bill per table etc). Well done to ALL staff, as it was very busy. Glad I booked a table online.

It was quite busy almost full weekday night but service was good as it’s Fast and accurate. The food was a little bit cold but nice. No mistake or slow service.

The food was delicious, quality ingredients and great flavours. Staff were also very friendly and attentive. They also let us split the bill, which was much appreciated.

The sharing option "Feed me for 2" was excellent and very very filling - highly recommend! We will definitely be back to try out the cocktail menu.

Comuna Cantina offers fabulous service, delicious food & great value for money! This is one of Brisbane's best restaurants & serves authentic South American food. Highly recommended!

Food is always fresh and drinks are always cold. Staff have been accommodating to anything I’ve ever asked. Seating isn’t the best though & it can get quite noisy.

Fantastic food & amazing cocktails. Can get quite busy so there may be a delay in getting your order. Some seating can be a bit squashy.

Service was average Food was 5/10 - have had way better food there before And we all had really bad vomiting from the food that night :/

Yummy food. Staff were quite nice and helpful. Food came out quite quickly. For a Wednesday night it's a good spot to go before heading to the movies.

Love the chips platter but feel the portions have decreased in the last wee while which is disappointing. Nice staff though! And the dragon fruit cocktail is pretty good :)

The staff are very friendly and accommodating... we had a last minute change of plans and arrived early, they arranged a table for us quickly and without any fuss... this is why we keep going back for dinner and drinks.

Cocktails were absolutely amazing, great atmosphere and great service. Just a little disappointed that the food was cold when it arrived. Will still go again next time to have another try.

We really enjoyed our lunch at Comuna Cantina today. The staff are friendly and attentive and the food is great. A great option for a low key, well priced city lunch.

Good ambience and service from the staff. The platters are not good enough for a big group and the soft tacos could be slightly bigger in size as it's not filling if you're very hungry.

Good food and drinks...can get pretty rowdy in there though. If you're after a quiet catch up, this is not the place for you. Make sure to book as well, as it's only a small venue.

I always enjoy the food and atmosphere but find the service can be hit or miss. The wait staff often seem lost or overwhelmed they need more training.

Good food and drinks, although a hunk of sharp plastic was in one of the beef tacos but these things happen. They immediately offered another taco but we declined as we’d already eaten a truckload. Quick and good service.

Delicious fresh food! The poke bowls are good value, especially the lunch time special they have. Only thing that is a slight let down is paying $4 for guacamole as an extra.

They were really helpful, seated us before our booked reservation and even moved our table to where we pleased. The only comment I would make was that they never cleared our table, only when we left did they clean it. Overall great experience and I will be back!

Food and atmosphere great, some orders took longer than others to arrive for a big table.. otherwise a great restaurant for dinner. Will come back next time to try other menu items!
