We loved the food and drinks. Had the tacos and arepas. Arepas were hard and crunchy though

Service was horrible. They had 4 waitresses on the floor of the tiny restaurant and they still managed to provide pathetic service. They stuffed up our order, then blamed it on “the new guy” instead of taking responsibility for it. They also lied to us about the fact our last meal was “on it’s way” and we had to wait another 15 minutes to realise they had not ordered one of our meals. The staff was useless and were also on their phones throughout. Oh and the food was average! Definitely not eating here again.

It was a little loud but the food and service was great.

Originally the venue had not communicated properly between staff and the events manager so my night was a little stuffed around but after it had all been fixed I can honestly say I had a wonderful night and the best service from staff! Especially from the manager :)

I ordered Haloumi, Spicy beef and Fish taco, but received chicken instead of fish. My food arrived significantly later than the rest of my table, subsequently, they had almost finished by the time I started and had to wait for me.

Food was ok, service was horrible, poor value for money

Had a girls night here last night and it was fantastic. Awesome customer service, drinks is so delicious and pretty and the vibe was great. Wish the restaurant/bar was a bit bigger though but overall best experience! Got a complimentary rosè wine when we sat down too!

Friendly and inviting atmosphere and the food was absolutely amazing.

Food was generally tasty and fresh, it did take a little while but it was busy. would have been nice to have been advised of approximate wait times for meals when ordering. I was in a group and one diner was a little disappointed at quantity serving (burrito) but others were satisfied. We were seated in outdoor area and music was a little loud for hearing people at the end of the table. Generally good experience but with a couple of minor adjustments as suggested it would be a great one.

The food and cocktails were delicious. The only downfall was the lack of serving staff! There was only 2 waiting staff that had to seat people, attend to tables and put through bills - for the amount of diners at the restaurant, this was not enough. We had to flag down staff at points to get their attention. One extra serving staff member last night would have solved all problems.

We were sitting outside, which was fine because it wasn't too cold and it's undercover. I know that in cooler weather, food can cool down quite quickly, but I think the cheese of our nachos solidified and the chicken came to ambient temperature too quickly. When we received our food it wasn't as hot as it probably should be. It was still a tasty meal, but I've definitely had better from there on a Friday night.

Arrived a little late but we called so was no issue. Half empty seating when we arrived but still had to sit at the bar till they cleaned tables. No drink offered at the bar other than I won't be long. 10 min later got seated still no drink. 10 mins later got up to ask for a menu as no 1 came to take an order. The waitress then said that the order is placed by a tablet and handed 1 to me. Not a great initial experience however the meals and drinks arrived quickly and they were very nice. Hence overall a 4
