I always love going to Comuna Cantina in Brisbane city. It has a great vibe, is well priced and there are gluten free and healthy options - everything I'm after.

I went to comuna tonight, great food and atomosphere. The cocktails were delicious and pretty. Overall experience was good! Would definitely recommend for a night out.

The drinks were delicious and the food was super tasty! The staff catered to us well, and made sure I had a lovely birthday dinner.

Service is always top notch and food is extraordinary. Please update the menu though, it’s been the same for far too long x

Great place for a casual group birthday party! Food delicious, cocktail list very nice. Service attentive. We sat outside in Winter but we’re warm and toasty under heaters.

Service and food was great. We had a large table of 11 people and everyone enjoyed their meal. Good that we were able to pay for our meal individually too.

This place has the nicest cocktails! The servers were attentive, friendly and genuinely wanted us to enjoy our dining experience at Comuna. Food was enjoyable, but more of the menu items could have had more of the extras included in the meal i.e. the nachos and the salads.

My food - the comuna tacos - were delicious but the rest of the table’s food was stone cold and underwhelming. Both serves of nachos were so cold they were inedible so they got sent back to be warmed and were only marginally warmer when they returned. The vegetarian taco my friend ordered was so cold it was also inedible. Such a shame because my food was amazing but the rest of the group was let down.

Definitely our go to place whenever we chose to have dinner in the city

Super yummy! Was great being able to book a table online. Shame they have no more frozen margaritas, however we all experienced great service. Will be back

Staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and not too expensive. Really glad I got to put a group of 15 all on one table, which made the dinner a lot more special. Being able to split the bill was perfect, definitely recommend for dinners or lunches with a group of people. Overall really happy with everything

Awesome food, incredible cocktails and won’t break the budget either. Defs try the arepa or the abundance bowl, and you aren’t human if you aren’t excited by the concept of a chips tasting platter!

Loved Comuna Cantina! We just so happened to be seated during Happy Hour, which was a real treat. The mojitos were so refreshing and our food was delicious (I got the 6" tacos - highly recommend the pulled pork and crispy fish). Comuna has such a lovely ambience and is perfect for dining with family or friends. Will definitely be back! :)

Busy restaurant, staff were friendly. Took our orders quickly and delivered drinks quickly. Food was average. The corn chips in the Comuna Nachos - they were so hard that they were almost inedible. Not like any corn chips I have ever eaten. Also the char-grilled bun on one of our chicken burgers was a little too char-grilled. On the whole an ok meal though.

Great food, strawberry cocktail wasn't the best flavour. However had the taco vege burger and it was nice, fresh food. Plantain chips were interested and ordered some more since I liked them that much.

There was a great selection for vegetarian and carnivores alike. Food was delicious, fast and not expensive. The service was efficient and friendly. Highly recommended.

One of the waitresses was kinda miserable & my meal was a little bland, but the cocktails were amazing! And the majority of people there were fantastic. Great little place :)

I'm never disappointed at this restaurant, the food and drinks are delicious and good value for money. Even when they are highly busy the staff are always thoughtful and attentive.

Great cocktails but one of our food orders didn't come until the rest of us were finished ours - but they gave us these items for free at the end of the night so we appreciated that.

Jess and Malindi were absolutely sensational and delivered optimal customer service, these girls always go above and beyond to ensure that all of your needs are met and this is a truly great quality to have in the hospitality industry. I will certainly be back, my friends and I all enjoyed ourselves and will recommend Comuna Cantina to many.

The staff were awesome! The food was seriously delicious. The cocktails were equally ‘seriously delicious’, and looked amazing! Great night. We will definitely be back!

The food and service was great and I love the menu. It was a bit noisy under the speaker and bright right next to a lit up sign but would go back for the food and atmosphere.

Excellent food and cocktails. Daily happy hour is great value - includes espresso martinis, margaritas, basic spirits and house wines. Sweet potato chips are amazing.

A big portion of the menu was not available (arepas) so for a first time diner it taints the experience and means our food choice was somewhat limited

Cute little corner restaurant in the city, also right above Albert St parking so awesome to park within 5mins of this place. Food was amazing and fresh, my taco's were bursting with flavour so yummm. Waiters were welcoming and helpful, service was fast friendly and would definitely recommend and be back for more!

Food was great, drinks were fabulous, staff were lovely but the service was so slow. Always having to chase someone down for everything. Probably would have eaten and drunk more if easier to order. Great overall.

Friendly staff and great service for a busy lunch time

Excellent food, happy with the service. only negative feedback would be that the tables are all too close together. I had many other customers bumping into me and kicking my chair as they passed by.

Great service and amazing food. The prices are really good - particularly the lunch specials. Awesome for a big group, couples or even on your own. Can't wait to go back on a Friday night to try the cocktails!!

The food was really good and the service was polite but not super attentive. It was busy this day and the first time we Comuna Cantina it out it was quiet and we had the "feed me" option which required a lot of staff interaction. This time we just ordered off the menu so the whole experience was different. It was a bit of a bummer that my special request for a flower to be put on our table for our anniversary wasn't honoured. We did see flowers on some tables but not on the one we were seated at. Didn't want to make a fuss about it so I didn't mention it. I'm not sure if the staff themselves see those requests or not or how it works. It would have been a nice touch to at least have that little request honoured. My husband ordered a drink, a Mexican meatball arepa meal, and I ordered a Mexican meatball street taco, an abundance bowl, and we split an order of chicken strips. I liked my Mexican meatball taco fine but my husband really liked his. The meatballs were cooked through but a little on the hard side in my taco. I liked my abundance bowl a lot better. The flavors were bright and light, great for a summer day. The chicken strips are an improvement from the chicken bites they used to have. Bigger pieces of meat make the dish less greasy and let the chicken shine rather than just the breading. Overall, a good meal, with lots of good gluten free options which is hard to find anywhere much less in the city.

This was my second visit to Comuna Cantina and it was just as brilliant this time! Their cocktails are stunning, food is delicious and service is friendly and fast. Thanks again, will be returning soon!

The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The service was a bit slow, maybe the server forgot about us. But the food came out quickly. Great place with a cool vibe. Will definitely be going back.

I was sick after eating the pulled pork Taco. I think it was also a small portion for the price, the only nice thing was the drink.

Helpful staff and lovely food. Healthy salads, and fish tacos. Yum! I love that they split bills and take credit cards only. No cash needed.

Great service for a smaller version of the Broadbeach location. Excellent food. Wonderful presentation of the drink selections. Would definitely recommend to friends and family
