Absolutely perfect. The service was great and the food was delicious. Just as it was at darling harbour. We can't wait to visit Sydney again!
The menu was too limited. The food was bland and so ordiary it was forgetable. They sat us in a corner in front of shutters which allowed a cold draught to come through. The restaurant felt crammped and cluttered. Reminded me of a chinese fortune tellers booth I visited in KL.
Service is quick and friendly and food packed with flavour. Great atmosphere in a busy and popular restaurant. This is the second time I've been there when they have started cleaning up and closing off sections at 9.30 ( ahead of the scheduled closing at 10pm), so don't expect to be allowed to linger.
Rendang Beef was tough - overpriced for mediocre food and service - not surprised it was empty when it's adjacent competition - a Thai restaurant had a queue out the door!
A good night - prompt service, tasty food. The restaurant was busy but the service was still attentive. Would too,Kendi the satay and the chicken curry.
The food is always great although I would love to see some specials on the menu occasionally - we eat there regularly and the menu doesnt change much over time (or at all) - small matter though, we love the place!
always a great meal. we go here very regularly for a girls night dinner catch up Always very busy - best top book a table
Always good food and service. Small and intimate. Enjoyable. The meals are a good size. Varied menu. Conviently licated in Westfield, city. Can't wait to go back.
We just had a very enjoyable mid week lunch. Great customer service and food was yummy. Highly recommend it. Make sure you book as it fills up.
I feel the food was not as tasty as it used to be. But entree was fabulous. Chicken satay was a hit! Service was very good. Food was served pretty quickly. We just felt the mains were bland.
This restaurant has great food and great service. Reasonably price wine and good cocktails around $15 each . Conveniently located near a lift for those with limited mobility.
Food was everything it promised to be .. delicious authentic Malaysia. The Retuarant atmosphere added to the enjoyment and the service was very good and personal -
Good food. Good atmosphere. Good service. Happy with this place and would definitely come back. We were slightly worried when we were entering a near empty restaurant but those fears were allayed quickly.
Nice setting and the food is good with service being polite. I thought the fried beehoon is really good. Overall its a nice lunch we had there.
it's my nth time dining at mood for love. Been away for a whole on maternity leave so it's been a while. Food is good as I was expecting and service is always lovely. Love this place!
Very fast and friendly service, delicious food and generous portion sizes. Food was very authentic and the restaurant interior was beautiful. I'll definitely be returning and recommending this place to my friends.
Chinta Ria Mood for Love is a quaint little restaurant, with great food, and very attentive staff. Recommended for small groups or couples. Will come back again soon.
Great food and service as always. It has been a long time favorite and never fails to disappoint with its consistency and friendly service. I will be back !
The Vibe lives up to it name 'Mood for love", price is reasonable, service is appropriate (not too interfering) and food is good. Can't ask for more. I have booked to revisit in another fortnight!
Menu selection good albeit use of spice was a little light on. Little to no choice for coffee/tea etc. Service good. Venue comfortable and clean.
Chinta Ria is a nice little place to go for a nice lunch. The food is varied and interesting. The menu is a bit confusing - it's a "film script" type thing. I wish they'd simplify it. I've been there 6-8 times. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I would say it's a favorite restaurant.
The Service was fantastic, staff were friendly and accomodating. The food was incredible, fresh and they have a special gluten free menu. Couldn't fault this place
Fantastic meal. Had the $55 banquet, was happy the servings weren't huge which was perfect. The desert included a durian dish which was surprisingly delicious. Would go again to explore the menu.
Nice ambience and good food! Will definitely go there again... Nice veg optins also available! Will recommend to friends as well. Had fun with my friends
Mood for love, mood for fantastic food, mood for great service - you cant beat this place - best restaurant to eat in the city.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing food - very flavourful, generous portions. We are already looking forward to heading back there for our next girls night.
Tasty fresh food, fast service, tranquil setting considering location inside a mall. The curries and rotti are a must try. Been a customer of many years and will keep returning
The ambiance was amazing, I want to come back with a larger group. My booking was rebooked, but they had removed it altogether. The manager was happy to seat us anyway.
Good food, excellent decor, good service. Mood for Love is a surprising find in a shopping mall, but well worth seeking out. Excellent lunch date choice.
Always a great meal at Chinta Ria and this visit didn't disappoint.
The Staff were very attentive. Restaurant exceptionally clean and atmospheric. Malaysian specials were very good! The general menu has a broad range of Malaysian dishes.
Good ambience, fast service, great food, what more could you ask for? Accommodated our last minute booking for 11. A very enjoyable experience over all.
A cute little restaurant inside Westfield Pitt St that feels more like you are in Surry Hills with delicious food, friendly staff and quick cooking time
Excellent service, great food. The host remembered my name from the booking and addressed me by my name the whole evening! Randan beef was a favourite.
We had a lovely birthday lunch here in the little room up a couple of stairs. It is like being in someone's home with soft light shades and music. The food was delicious and the cocktails were also. We will certainly go again!
Lovely atmosphere with a projection of images slowly filtering across the walk. An interesting menu that caters to a variety of tastes. I loved the cocktail list.
The food was good - particularly the spicy spicy squid which was very tender. They did their best with the ambience, considering they are located in a shopping centre. I would go back.
Great ambience but average and overpriced food. Small portions and lacking complexity. Felt like an $8 meal. You are paying for the name and atmosphere.
Very good food . Great service lovely atmosphere . Would love if they were a byo restaurant however there drink menu was quite extensive .
Good service and great food. It was hard to find up on level 6 but once we got there, we had a lovely meal. I would recommend it!
The food was excellent. The service was variable. A bill was brought to our table before it was requested. It made us feel like we were being hurried out.
Great service delicious food. Recommend for a reasonably priced dinner in the city that still feels a little special, and you don't feel like you're in Pitt st mall!
The food came out quickly and waiters were prompt with any requests. Had the Sassy's duck, curry chicken and Char Koay Teow. All three dishes were delicious!
Good atmosphere and great food. Good place to go for a quick bite before a show at the State theatre. Also have really good gf options if that's what you need.
The food here is really great. The authenticity of the ingredients and presentation and flavours is refreshing and surprising. If you are new to Malaysian food it will be a total treat. The only reason i held back giving a 100% positive score, is that the tables are so small we had to have two of our dishes rest on a stool which was a little bit cumbersome for a pretty high end restaurant.
Great place for a casual lunch or dinner. Convenient location in the middle of Pitt Street Mall. Tables are small and the place is squishy and always busy - definitely have to book. Ambience is very relaxed - dim lights - extensive menu with GF and vegetarian options. Service is very efficient. Food generally is quite good but the scallops were very ordinary - 3 to the plate, very small, no flavor at all. They'd run out of duck - have had it before and its lovely. Beef rendang was spicy and little or no fat, prawn curry was very good and barramundi was excellent. Great wine list. Definitely recommend. Good value for money
Fantastic. Great food and service. Nice vegetarian options too - the vegetable curry (finding tasty vegetarian options can be a bit tricky in restaurants, but not here). We will definitely go back soon.
Delicious mixture of Indonesian, Malaysian and Thai food! Superb quality food and great service from the staff! Value for money is very decent as well.
Great food, good service, decent price, nice atmosphere. We went there for a dinner pre-show at the State Theatre. Good choice, will be going again.
Sunday lunch with a friend. Entrees of scallops, prawn rolls and chicken rolls delicious but I think our mains (beef rending and duck) had been waiting for a while as they were lukewarm and not as good as they should have been. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere otherwise.
