Love this restaurant. Delicious food and a great atmosphere. Will go again.
Absolutely Delicious! Fantastic service, food everything! Beef rendang never disappoints!
Great for a cheapish eat in the city, will return.
Tasty food though the fried rice was a little disappointing. Roti and curry sauce were delicious as was Randang Beef as well as the chicken dishes. Good value for money. Would recommend this place to anyone.
Food was fabulous. Recommend a visit for a fun time.
First time there for our team dinner and we really enjoyed it. Thanks so much to the waiters for being so attentive and providing good service
Food is delicious prawn and melaka fish, pandan desert and chin cau is nice to have after meal.
The food did not taste as good as when we dined there before.
The food was authentic and generous serves. Atmosphere great and staff were friendly and attentive.
The food was good but the room was a bit too dark
Consistently great, always. Love the beef rendang. Wonderful service as well
This restaurant ticked all the boxes, the quality of service was high, the atmosphere was great for a quiet meal, low lighting, authentic and interesting decor and the food was exceptional and authentic Malaysian. We were there for a per show dinner and although it was a busy restaurant the food came out promptly, reservations would be recommended.
Great food, original and different, full of flavour and great taste. Convenient location in the city and relatively affordable for such great food for a big group of people. Staff were friendly and accomodating.
Nice location n theme, Spicy Squit is delicious, beef rendang is soft n nice with rice, char kwee thiau is beauty. Quick service.
Great food, quite environment and excellent service for business lunch
Good service and excellent food. Will def go back again.
Always solid, Chinta Ria didn’t disappoint. Great roti followed by chao kway ta and beef rendang. A quick meal before theatre and they turned it around super fast - and always with a smile.
Great restaurant. Service was great. Food was a bit slow due to the high volume of customers but we really enjoyed the food and the ambience.
The food was delicious, service was lovely and the place has a great ambience. All for a very reasonable price I would recommend and go again
It’s always good at Chinta Ria. Small, cozy surroundings; food and service are terrific. A favourite of mine. New re-designed menu is easier to navigate.
Great restaurant. Friendly and professional service. I am a regular and the food is always fantastic. They also cater well for my gluten allergy/coeliac disease. Highly recommended.
Great ambience. Service from wine selection, food recommendations to delivery of food was great. The food itself was delicious. Would go back again to the restaurant
They didn’t have what we wanted from their menus and they made us feel so uncomfortable as they literally kinked us out 45 min before their advertised closing time. Definitely not going back but the food tasted delicious
Tried different items from the menu, still very nice and tasty.
Nice place for lunch and the service is pretty quick too.
The food and service was excellent fresh and fast and authentic. Chicken curry and nasi goreng is a must try at this place will come again
Chinta Ria has changed a lot since moving from Pyrmont. Food was good but not great. Curry puffs are off the menu, please bring back!
Amazing food! The service was excellent. I do love this place and I have been here many times before. It is one of my favourite malaysian restaurants in Sydney. I will come back in a few months. The food was so delicious, presentable and the customer service was exceptional.
Food OK but had to leave by 2.30 and was hassled about it from 2.00pm. Service a bit offhanded compared to previous visits over 2 years ago.
We came her because we have been before and loved it. Unfortunately this time we were a little disappointed. The food was good, but formerly it was exceptional. The ambience was not what it used to be either. Not sure we will visit again!
Good location, great service and meal. Very affordable cost - valued for money.
Tucked away atop Westfield centre in the heart of the city is a real little gem of an authentic hawker Singapore Malay diner. Great dishes all quite delicious.
Excellent food, hosts and friendly , well-informed staff. We love eating at Chinta Ria Mood for Love. The food is consistently well-prepared and tasty; the wine list selected by the restaurant is well-priced and matches the spicier dishes.
Good food as always! We love the kampung nasi goreng and melaka fish. Their servings are good for sharing so make sure to bring your friends when you dine here.
Authentic Rustic Malasian cooking. Fish was superb and service faultless. Wine list interesting and very reasonably priced. Value for money excellent relative to other options nearby.
Good food and great service. Food order taken quite early and delivered pretty quickly. Food was tasty as always..and everyone in the team enjoyed the lunch..
Lovely Malaysian food. We really enjoy going here and its handy for a meal before a show at the state theatre. they also make lovely reasonably priced cocktails
Never disappoint, been here a few times. Foods very tasty and always delicious. Service is fast and efficient. Staff very friendly. Ambience is cozy. Great location.
Ever reliable for quick and tasty meals. Great lunch special for individuals or meals cheap to share. Service is always friendly and the curries never fail to disappoint!
I love Malaysian food so this is always a treat.
Enjoyable venue and food, we didn't have to wait too long for our food even though it was during peak lunch time. Service was also friendly.
Nice atmosphere, food was very average. Roti from packet, noodle and beef randang had no flavour. Cocktail was $15 for a small glass. Disappointing for bday dinner.
The food is delicious and never disappoints. Fast, friendly service. I would highly recommend for lunch or dinner. The beef ria dish is a must!
Great friendly service, attentive and all the menu choices they recommended for us tasted great. Unrushed timing of entree and mains coming out while noy taking too long either. Will be coming back again.
it wasnt the same as the previous chinta ria in darling harbour, the roti was different, king toh beef tasted way different and there was a bunch of very loud obnoxious guys eating behind us told to quieten down twice and didnt, kinda spolit the night for us
Fantastic as always. Great food, great atmosphere, great service. Went to the original chinta Ria for Out first date, this time for our 10th anniversary. Definitely be back again
food was as good as old Chinta Ria in darling habour however many of my favorite menu has been removed which is sad. Miss sambal prawn and noodles dishes like fried hokkien.
Great food . Outside seats are wonderful do not have as frequent service. Needed to call for service a few times. But small price to pay.
Great little eatery in the heart of busy Westfield Sydney on level 6 rather than the food court on level 5, offering a great selection of menu items, small and intimate place.
we were a party of 4. We enjoyed the food which was great. The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was good overall it was a great experience
