The food was good as usual but the noise levels were so bad. We were seated near the waiters station and they were just slamming the bowls and plates so loudly that we jumped every single time. In saying that, the dumplings were delicious and the food came out almost instantly. Not recommended for conversations but is fine for good food

Service without a smile, they hover over you like vultures because they have nothing better to do as you have to order from this screen. Asking for a menu (which they have) results in a foul look. Food was below average and certainly not worth the $$$ paid.

Only a short time there as was attending a show. We weren't sure we would be able to have enough time to eat. The food was served immediately and was delicious. And made the show with time to spare. Certainly would revisit and allow more time next time.

The food was really good. There were only 2 of us so we unfortunately got seated Infront of a big open booth of business people who were facing us.. it was uncomfortable.. I would have much prefered to sit in a small booth, however we only had two people and that wasn't an option

I was still eating my last spoon of the dessert and still had the spoon in my mouth and the plate was taken away. Drinks were removed thinking they were finished but weren't. Very quick with bringing food but rush to clear the table isn't nice.

Amazing food - arguably some of the best Chinese chefs in Melbourne CBD, but the service really lets this place down. Theres loads of waitresses standing around, but they give you an annoyed look if you even ask for some water.

Touch screen ordering was okay but would have preferred to have a hardcopy menu as well. Made the dining experience fell very disjointed. Otherwise the food was average to good, depending on the dish. Xiao long bao were highlights.

We went for Chinese New Year dinner in a group of 4. There was a very short wait time between ordering food and when it arrived at our table which was a pleasant surprise. We ordered several types of dumplings, fried eggplant, salted fish and chicken fried rice, and bok choy and mushrooms. The food was good quality and tasted good. Price was reasonable but wouldn't be considered to be cheap.

This is THE BEST dumpling place hands down. They clearly use quality ingredients and not tons of salt. The staff are also very friendly and efficient. 100% recommend this place to everyone!!

A great place for a casual feed. Xiao long bao, chilli dumplings, special fried rice recommended. iPad ordering, lightning speed beverage delivery. Bathroom downstairs, not wheelchair accessible. Good for groups. Surcharge on credit cards.
