Chilli Orange

We arrived on time -7.30. At 8.15 we had been served wine but no food. Two waitresses. One friendly and helpful. the other. abrupt, unsmiling and brusque in her manner. Several people arrived after us and were being served no problem. A couple beside us who'd been there when we arrived, also had no service. I asked what the delay was and from there on it was just totally downhill. Apparently the"new chef" was able to serve some customers and not others. They were busy!! Hello! shouldn't a restaurant aspire to being busy on a Friday night?? I asked to speak to the manager. No response but minutes later out came a large, supposedly share plate, of salmon- a serve not a share plate at all- as if that would appease us. When I asked where our small share plate was the waitress appeared to have no idea what I was talking about. My friend reckoned the salmon looked way overcooked- it did look like just a big lump of something. Not appealing. Anyway we decided life was too short to hang around so we baled on this place. Looks upmarket but our experience was decidedly downmarket. Had a delicious meal at the rather grotty looking Chinese down the street. Ended up being a good birthday night out no thanks to Chili Orange.

As always the food was superb. Hard to be this great little restaurant and would highly recommend. Friendly service. Will be going again soon. Great.

My favourite go to restaurant. It never fails to deliver great food and service. There is a nice selection of meals to choose from at reasonable prices. Parking right outside too.

Great restaurant , Great people servicing staff , and the food is a very high standard . It is very nice to enter a restaurant theses days and the staff very friendly greeting from the start is that's why I enjoy Chilli Orange. It is off a very high standard both food and service. Service was terrific and food was delicious! We recommend the red curry dish and the the sharing plates. Salt & pepper squid was my favourite.

Great ambience & service. Food was a bit too pricey for what was on menu & desserts definitely too expensive to try. It would help to offer more variety in the soft drinks section, that was completely missing from the menu.

Good food, great service. Lava chocolate cake was amazing. Fish could have been cooked a little more was slightly underdone. The atmosphere is intimate and nice for a special meal out.

The food was brilliant and the service was terrific. The only let down for us was the unavailability of wine on their wine list. We would definitely go again.

Our party of 6 felt the food was very good, although the meringue dessert was boring. The service was just ok- our main meals weren’t served together, which meant if we’d waited those served first would have been tepid; we waited a long time for the dessert menu; the waiter who delivered our dessert passed it through the middle of the table rather than moving to the end of the table.

Great food, inexpensive and great service. Can't forget they are huge servings, barely finished and I am big eater! Will definitely be back again soon!

The food at Chilli orange is divine. I highly recommend a visit. Staff are wonderful and happy to accommodate requests to ensure a pleasurable eating experience.

Most outstanding fusion food ever tasted. Sashimi salad with green paw paw bursting with the most delectable flavors imaginable. Tempura prawns brilliant together with a vibrant green curry and pad Thai, made it a memorable eating experience - definitely a cut above anything else in Perth in this area.

Guaranteed to have an absolutely glorious meal every single time. The ginger creme brûlée is the best I’ve ever tasted (and I’ve sure tasted a few).

One of our favourite places, Chilli Orange consistently delivers fabulous, food full of flavour and terrific service. Will continue coming back here as it never misses on delivering a great dining experience.

Amazing experience Staff were so professional and prompt we didn’t have to ask for anything at all! From filling up our water glasses constantly, to changing our plates between meals, to even providing us with separate bills between our large group at the end. Chilli Orange is probably our favourite restaurant in Perth. Always great food, always great service. Prices are more than reasonable. It’s how dining out should be.

Really enjoyable experience!!! As it was my first time at Chilli Orange, I was advised by numerous of my friends to mainly try the small plates. Interesting concept having Asian fusion tapas style, but it worked extraordinary well. Looking forward to my next visit to explore the menu further.

Loved it, food was amazing, never had to wait for a drink of water or drinks to be offered, staff were friendly and talkative. We will be returning.

Food was awesome. Tried the red curry duck, which was spicy but very tastefully done. Also had the beef steak which was equally nice.. not forgetting the pork belly starter dish was crispy and the sauce was yummy.

Dine here regularly. Again last night and as usual not disappointed. Food and service is always outstanding. Can not recommend her highly enough. Love this place.

Excellent service, ambience, food and drinks. All round a wonderful experience and we will definately make this a regular night. A great place in North Perth!
