If I have to nitpick, the music was too loud but that’s all 😎 thank you for a great dining experience!
Very pricey - meal between 2 of us was approximately $130. Atmosphere was amazing (bar/club decorations and vibe) and service was really good. Food was great too - but a little more overpriced than it should be.
The ambience is cozy, not an ordinary hot pot place. It induces with rnb musics throughout the dining and with warm light makes you enjoy the meal experience. The seating arrangement is unique and spacious too. Staffs are very attentive. Overall, we will be back again! Thank you! :)
Great food and atmosphere but waiting for a table even with a booking, waiting to order and the food took a bit long

Lack of service staff, everything was very slow. Took over 45mins for the all order to arrive - another 15mins for the soup to be brought to our table and we need to request twice before the staff member add soup base to the signature beef tallow mould. We have to request numerous times for our table to be attended i.e. add water to the soup, drinks order etc. Not a pleasant experience overall.
Booked at 745 and got seated at 845. Service was poor had to chase down waiters the whole night, waiter gave our order to the table next to us as well. food was average, not worth the hype.

Really good experience and layout of the venue. Staff were slow on service though. Was not organised, didn’t bring things that were necessary til asked eg ladle or top up soup
The food was tasty and better than other branches I think. Also staffs were more friendly than other branches.
Overall a good experience with an overseas visitor. Music was a little loud but when the live singing was on it got a lot better
Highly recommend this restaurant! Great service, high quality ingredients and delicious flavours!
