we had a really lovely time. The food and in particular our waiter need to be complimented. Could not have wished for a better night.

Good service and lovely food. A little bit noisy but it was a busy night so maybe that is why. Staff were friendly. Wine list had a lot of choices.

Great Ambience and atmosphere. Everything as it should be in a fine dining establishment. Service was fantastic and the waiters were attentive. Finally, the food was perfect!

Cecconi's seemed a little flat last night. We've been several times over the years but it felt a little tired last night. The pappardelle was ok, risotto was actually very nice and the I didn't really enjoy the pudding .

Great atmosphere, great service and excellent food. If you are looking for quantity not quality then this isn't for you. This restaurant is focused on quality food a great customer experience. My family and I had a lovely birthday celebration.

Hedi and all our wait staff were wonderful. They took the time to make make our lunch a unforgettable experience. Also compliments to the chef, your team makes a sensational linguine and steak!

it was a nice restaurant although very over priced and we were hungry on the way home. I think we wold much prefer to eat at a share plate restaurant instead of the whole entre and main dining experience.

This was our last night in Melbourne after two years of living here. This is one of our "go to" restaurants. Great service and food. Ambiance is perfect for a romantic dinner.

Great food and wine choices and food specials. Service is immaculate together with the ambience. This experience is constant every time that I have had the pleasure to eat at this restaurant.

Unfortunately a poor experience was had by my wife and me. Wait staff were polite but scarce, and my seafood pasta @ $32 for an entree only had one prawn and a whole lot of fish. It tasted fine but at $32 for an entree I would have expected more quality seafood for the price. The wife order the lamb for her main and we could have done better at home and feed a few more people at $46. We don't normally care about the price if the experience and service is comparable but in this case we both left looking at the bill wondering what we paid for. Good thing there are plenty of other great Italian restaurants within the city limits.

The total food & beverage experience was fabulous, we thoroughly enjoyed our family dinner at Cecconi's. Service was very attentive, & the food was delicious.

The atmosphere, food and wine were all very good. Food is classic Italian rather than adventurous. Choices of wine by the glass covered a good range and unusually there was no premium over bottle prices. Service was appropriate, friendly and efficient but a little rushed.

Everything about Cecconi's was perfect, from the moment you are greeted when you arrive until the moment they say goodnight we could not fault. The service, food, wine and company was fantastic, were fortunate to experience it!

Awesome food, service and ambience. Anna, Mark and team really know there food and their service is just first class. Chef Maurice Espisito's flair with Italian food especially seafood is amazing and I just had the first of the season Tasmanian truffles in his amazing risotto. A must go restaurant in my view

This restaurant is busy and yet you are treated as if you were the only ones present with great service! Food was wonderful, with a lovely selection of seasonal produce with great Italian cuisine! We'll be back!

This establishment has great food, great service and an amazing ambiance and layout. Nicest high end Italian you'll find in the area; as good if not better than Grossi and Becco.

Stater of Scallops were beautifully tender but with nice colour. Ragu and seafood linguini were fantastic. Service from our waitress was exceptional. Definitely going back soon.

Great food from an extensive menu with lots if specials. Also very attentive service from friendly wait staff. My only concern is that prices have become quite high.

We were ignored for a good 2 minutes when we entered the restaurant, staff were preoccupied and looked rushed, other than that food was excellent.

Nice restaurant in classic style settings. Good service except they brought me the wrong pre dinner drink. Food was good but expected better based on reviews. Steak and tuna was slightly overlooked and a bit dry.... More jus, purée etc please. Seemed to be the place to go for a celebration which gave it a nice atmosphere.
