Everything was optimal because it wasn't very busy. No doubt waiting times & noise levels would be different on a busier night. But the decor & atmosphere there are always great & the kids had fun on the jumping castle.

Great wildfired pizzas, fast food but slow service at times.

Food is well over priced for a no table service restaurant. Pizza was sloppy, braised beef was chalky and overall the food was ordinary for the cost. this place has gone down hill since being sold. And no table service! what is that all about. they have the staff for table service but make you go collect your own food. complete rubbish.

Food was okay for a pub. Knives and forks should be checked to make certain they a clean.

It was a lovely night. If i was looking for any reason to find fault I would say possibly the lighting above our table was a little dark and we were seated near a door so it got a little drafty when the door was opened.

RSL club quality food at fancy bistro prices. The food came quickly but that’s about where the positives end. Our fish was over cooked and the kids meals were ungenerous (one tiny piece of fish for the kid fish and chips). I expected better quality and/or quantity for the price. View is nice, as long as you’re there on a day that’s warm enough to sit outside and enjoy it. Next time we’ll get takeaway fish and chips and eat it on the beach.

Loved everything about this place 😁highly recommend for all ages.

The staff were really rude and not attentive but the food and location are great.

My favourite thing about Caves Coastal is it’s atmosphere. It feels relaxing and welcoming.

We had a great lunch to celebrate Christmas with my work colleagues. Our online booking went with no problems and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed the singer as well in the early afternoon.

Caves Beach used to be one of my "go to" pubs. 2nd last time I went it was ordinary. After last night, never again. Bar service was awful, food was terrible (3 out of 5 of us of us didn't finish our meals due poor food quality), tables were unclean as were the menus (sticky with sauce stains).

You have finally got the food perfect but now you need to work on the pricing.

Great food and lovely location. Staff were a bit scarce at times and a bit haphazard with acknowledging queue etiquette, but friendly and helpful.

As always the food was great come out fast and service was great

Went out with family for dinner, one family member didn’t get his meal for 15 minutes later he had to go up and remind them. One family member meat was completely raw he now feels very sick, the line up for food and drinks completely blocks the walk way of the entrance only way past, so you have to constantly move to the side. I went there a few years ago and had the schnitzel which was terrible but was told the place has gotten better since then now the schnitzel has gotten better but I don’t see myself going back there

Our meal came 40 minutes after our friends did even though we ordered at same time, it was cold and tasted terrible, when we raised the concern they didn’t care.

Delicious meal. Whilst staff were very friendly and helpful, it appeared that thet were understaffed with long lines for both food and drink orders

Couldn't see serving times anywhere on website. Called to ask and was on hold 11 mins. Not great. Mains and sides were all awesome. We were all (6 of us) really happy with it. Ordered strawberry sundaes for the kids dessert, but was definitely more of an adults dessert. Kids didn't eat them. 2 of us were drinking vodka diet coke but there is none on tap (or Pepsi max) so we had to pay $5 per bottle of diet coke every time we got a drink. Very expensive and annoying.

Huge crowd over before a wedding there next day - we all relaxed just lovely over dinner & drinks night before!

Very dark in eating areas and food was very ordinary. Menu is the same and needs to change. Swansea pub food is always better with more choices.

Pricey, food was okay. Salad consisted of lettuce leaves and half a cherry tomato. Service was fast, too fast actually as our entree and mains arrived within 4 mins of each other. Packed house, loud and bustling at 2pm when we had hoped to find a quieter atmosphere.

steak was cooked to our liking ie medium rare!! stafff very friendly .....all in all a very pleasant visit
