Took ages for someone to take our order, in the end had to flag a waitress down. Meal was fine. Cleared the plates, was not asked if we would like dessert or coffee. Went to pay and produced my entertainment voucher and was refused…said it was a specials night so they could not accept….nowhere on the entertainment app saying this was a thing. We only went there because it was in the entertainment app. We will not return. Staff member at the till rather standoffish.

A long time favourite of ours- food was excellent and the new menu was a hit too!

Meals were delicous and plentyful. Service was friendly. Staff was accommodating at all times. The only negative is the noise level inside which makes it difficult to have a conversation. The restaurant could certainly do with some noise dimming materials on walls.....

Always fantastic food and lots of it to enjoy. Will be back

Great place to eat after going to OPTUS Stadium. The food was good value and very tasty. We were a table of 6 and all meals came out together.

The service was ok but we could charge for we repeatedly said was not ordered from our table,to be asked twice by two different wait staff and saying twice we did not order then getting charged for it,all I can say is poor form

Was a great experience. Definitely need comfier chairs. And maybe colouring in for the kids. But other than that, everything was amazing. Our 13 year old loved his seafood platter.

We did not receive Avocado with our main. they had run out. they brought the main dishes to the table prior to clearing entree plates. (small table of 3). the Veal scallopini had woody stick that stuck in the my mouth like a bone. Put me off my food. otherwise it was generally ok. I would have had desert if it hadn't been for the issue with the mouth injury.

Used to go to this restaurant for years, had great service and good food, found out the owners sold it and the new owners have not maintained that standard. New owners spent most of the night looking after their friends and family who were rude and whistling to get service. Never going back.

Super friendly and quick service, food came out fast, Contadina pizza was a favourite.

The service was good and the food came out quickly. It was all delicious. The lasagna was great but a bit small. Luckily my wife ordered marinara pasta which had a huge portion size so I had some of that. My daughter liked her spaghetti kids meal and it was a good size. The deserts were a good price and tasty too.

All good as per usual very good standard over many years

Service was great, food was excellent, and we were well looked after by the team members from the time we walked in (reservation via Quandoo made the process seamless!!) to the time we left. If any small thing can improve, its for the staff to have a bit of smile :) other than that, appreciate all your good work at Catalano's cafe

Not really happy with the service. It took 40 minutes to get to us. Had to go to counter and ask to order another drink. Very disappointing sorry

Booked last minute for Good Friday for our daughter’s birthday, excellent service, food was out quickly and food was very nice. All in all great value even with the public holiday surcharge. We will be back.

Disappointed menu has changed . Two meals were served third meal arrived when others were half way through there meals

Staff were friendly, the service was fantastic and the food fabulous.

There were 6 of us as my sister is here from London so we were keen to have a good night out. Every one of our meals were divine, that never happens. And the service was spectacular.

The food was delicious, with generous portions. The staff were great as usual.

Great portion sizes, been here several times and never been disappointed. My husband had the lamb cutlets and they were absolutely delicious, I had pizza which was lovely and fresh. Service is top notch. Thoroughly recommend a visit for a very reasonably priced tasty meal.

The staff are amazing very friendly and caring. Food was great but could have been amazing if my husband’s steak wasn’t rare instead of medium. Saying that I would definitely go back.
